Both the dinette and the sofa open into beds, while the bunk house has 2 bunks and a queen sized bed with its own AC unit. Great for a second family (or the in-laws). The master bedroom has a full length queen-sized bed as well. Fresh linens provided for the queen sized beds and bunks. 40 inch Smart TV, Bluetooth stereo, and fireplace add to the at-home family experience. Bathroom has an upgraded Oxygenics shower head, bath towels for 6, and RV toilet paper. 4 camp chairs, outdoor gas grill and refrigerator, along with the outdoor speakers will keep you entertained well into the night. Kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, cookware, utensils, paper goods and cleaning items. We also provide a propane fire pit to keep you warm when the weather dictates.Other things to noteGray/Black tanks: $75 fee applied if tanks are not emptied during checkout. Monitor tank levels. Use only RV toilet paper. Do it flush wipes or feminine products.Pet rules: Pets must be crated if left unattended in our trailer. Do it slow your pets on our furniture or beds. Any damages, scratches, urine, etc will be deducted from your deposit.Cleaning: Please do your part to clean up the trailer to the condition you received it. Leslie was an amazing host and we loved the RV! She arrived promptly at the state park and was so patient when they had to wait to set up due to a trailer being left at our campsite. The RV had so much space! We loved how there was a dining area AND a couch/sitting area. They also both folded out into beds which was amazing. The pantry and kitchen were stocked with everything (and more) needed to cook. The queen beds were so comfortable and we slept great. We would absolutely love to rent Leslie's RV again!

Great communication, and the RV was ready and cooled down for us prior to our arrival. Very spacious RV for a large family, and dog friendly. RV had everything we needed for our trip. Highly recommend.

This was a fantastic trip for my family and the RV had everything you could possibly think of to make it even easier for me. We had 2 adults, 4 teens, and 2 dogs and it was plenty of space for over a week. We would definitely recommend working with Leslie.
