It was actually quit hard. The first day we were in 106 degrees and could not hook up the water the treading on hose would not work. 2 ldays of this I put the awning down which in return got stuck in half open position. I was informed this was broken. On the last couple days the shower handle broke because the slide switch was to hard to move up and down so we had to shower outside. Thank god that was there it was quite hot and we needed showers. The lights for black water never went away no matter how many times I drained it. There were some safety issues with lug cap missing and air conditioner dripping into doors electric

Great communication. The RV was very dirty upon pick up.
