Our freshly remodeled trailer is the perfect size for any family looking for adventure. This 2016 Palomino Palomini 177bh is just 21ft long but still packs in a full length queen bed (80”!!), extra long bunk beds, and a full kitchen. Here are some awesome features of our trailer:
- Indoor and outdoor speakers with Bluetooth connection
- Modern LED lighting throughout (including on the awning)
- New mattresses sealed in bug-proof encasements
- Gas hookup for the included outdoor grill
- Inside shower/tub combo
- Outside shower for a quick rinse after a long beach day
- Crazy powerful 13,500 BTU air conditioner. It's an icebox in there!
- Heater
- Water heater
- 2 burner stove inside
- Microwave
- Refrigerator (with freezer compartment)
- USB charging ports next to queen bed
- Brand new tires
- LP, smoke, and CO alarms all brand new - safety is our priority!
- upgraded electric tongue jack -no more cranking by hand!

Towing:
Please be sure your vehicle is rated for at least 4500lbs with 600lbs hitch weight. Ball size is 2''. Ball height from the ground to the top of the ball should be approximately 22". Your tow vehicle must include the following:
- 7-pin connector
- Trailer brake controller (Don't have one? No problem! You can use our wireless brake controller--no extra charge!)
- Hitch with 2'' ball
If all that sounds stressful and you'd rather not tow, we're happy to deliver the trailer to your campsite within 75 miles (for a small fee)!

Training and setup:
Please plan for 30-45 minutes for a thorough walkthrough and training session with us! We also provide a "user manual" so that you know how to work all systems (and we're always available by phone!)

What's included

Included with your rental is the following:
- 2 full 20lb propane tanks, one on the tongue for stove, heater, fridge and one spare that can also be used with the included fire ring.
- Fresh linens for bunkbeds and the queen bed. Bring your own sheets for the dinette twin, if needed.
- Towels
- 3 adult and 1 kid size camping chair
- Dishes and utensils for 4
- Pots and pans
- Keurig coffee maker - bring your own pods!
- Outdoor propane grill with hose to connect to trailer propane line and grilling tools.
- Outdoor fire ring (some campsites don't allow wood burning fires)
- Backup camera with large wireless LCD screen for your tow vehicle
- Full set of trailer hookup and setup gear, including fresh water hose with filter, sewer hose with sanitary sealed storage, power cables for shore power (with surge protection and converters), leveling blocks, wheel chocks, etc.

Recommendations

If you're renting for more than 2 nights and are dry camping (campsites without hookups), we highly recommend adding on a generator to your booking. Electric hookup or a generator is required to use the AC outlets, microwave, or air conditioning.

We do NOT recommend drinking from the taps in the trailer, even though a filter is included. Campsites have unknown water so it's best to bring bottled water for drinking, and use the sink/shower for washing dishes, showering, etc.

Want to go kayaking? Just add them to your booking.

Other things to note

- No travel to Mexico, sorry!
- No smoking or vaping inside the trailer.
- Pets allowed with restrictions. Please no puppies!
- For non-delivery bookings, holding tanks must be emptied prior to returning the trailer, otherwise we'll have to assess a $75 fee to empty them. For delivery bookings, dumping is included ($50 extra if your campsite doesn't have a dump station).
- Trailer must be returned reasonably clean. Dished must be washed!
-$100 late fee will be assessed if renter is more than 30 minutes late to an agreed upon meeting time for pickup or delivery

Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We're very flexible. Just let us know your pickup/dropoff request, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric hookups will let you use the AC outlets, microwave, and air conditioning. The trailer is a 30A system but we have adapters for 20A/50A. Water hookups allow you to use as much water as you want, with no need to ration water from the fresh water tank. Sewage hookups allow you to dump the grey and black water tanks at any time right at your campsite, instead of at the dump station on your way out. Don't have hookups at your campsite? Our trailer is setup and ready for dry camping too!
