Message me for details.* If the Trailer is left in poor condition ( linens, towels, upholstery or carpet stained or soiled inside or out, appliances in poor or none working condition, tanks clogged, etc. ) we reserve the right to recoup add'l fees necessary to bring the RV back to the condition it was rented to you.* If we see / smell evidence of smoke or pet urine there is a mandatory minimum sanitizing fee of $250** Please NO CATS* While using the Awning please be formally trained prior to the trip by us on the proper expansion and collapsing of the awning.
