Seems impossible to fit this much comfort into a 20.5’ van, but here it is! The sleek European-style interior is beautiful. It’s light and bright with wonderful air flow (no dark cave feel). It’s practical design is easy to keep clean and has tons of storage. Front captains chairs are comfortable with lumbar support, tilt and swivel. Back seat is perfect for 2 children with 2 chest strap seat belts and an up/down dining table. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need- lots of storage, 2-burner stove top, mini fridge, microwave, sink and ample counter space. The compact bathroom has a toilet, shower, fold up sink, ceiling fan and medicine cabinet.In the rear of the rig are 2 twin beds that extend into a large queen+ bed. Set up is easy and sleeping is comfortable with 2 windows for cross breezes. You can also open the back doors to commune with nature because there’s a full coverage screen. And for more sleeping space and a real
camping feel- the pop top tent easily lifts to access a queen bed surrounded by a 3 large screened windows and an awesome skylight with night shade.There’s 180 watt solar panels to keep the battery charged and an Onan generator. An inverter provides you with 110 electrical for plugging in coffee makers, blow dryers, lap tops, etc. So much power you can plug in all 3 at once. There’s also USB ports throughout the unit and reading lights at all sleep stations. You can plug this van in at any campground or stay off grid for days (weeks even). Winneguard Wifi extender. 60 gallon propane tank manages the stove and water heater (Truma 6 gal on demand). 5 gal cassette toilet allows you to empty tank just about anywhere (septic dumps, pit toilets, bathrooms).Outside comfort includes an automatic awning, led lighting, outlets, propane hook up and hose/shower hook up.Space, comfort and convenience. Q.What do we need to know about the cassette toliet?
A.
A cassette toilet is handy because you can empty it almost anywhere, although i personally prefer a septic dump station because it’s cleaner and has a hose for rinsing. We choose to only pee iin our cassette to make cleaning out easier, but that’s your choice. Depending on how much you use it, it’ll need to be emptied and rinsed every 2-4 days. It must be returned emptied and clean (or there’s $100 fee for cleaning).
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Yes, and I’ll provide a thorough walk through and introduction upon pick up. Please plan for check out to take 45 minutes.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick up and drop off times are flexible between 10am and 5pm but need to be planned and confirmed in advance.
Q.Do we need to clean van before returning?
A.
The van should be returned in good condition- The interior needs to be swept, wiped down, all drawers and cabinets emptied, trash removed, cassette toilet dumped and rinsed. Outside does not need to be cleaned. Drop off will include a thorough walk around and may require a rinse to fully inspect vehicle condition. Please plan for drop off to take 15 minutes.
