2023 Jayco Swift, kitchen, twin beds that convert to king size bed. TV, solar power, full bath, gas generator. This RV is super comfy to drive and can fit into standard parking space. It includes all the amenities for camping but feels like a mini hotel. Bathroom with shower (outdoor shower too), kitchen with sink, convection/microwave oven, two burner propane stove, mini fridge with freezer. Sleeping area can be set up as two twin beds or can be easily converted to a queen size bed. It can also be converted to a dining area or work space with space for four to sit/eat/work. Lots of storage on the interior plus exterior secured storage box on the roof and roof basket. For working and entertainment, there's a 24" flat screen TV with Roku, a Weingard internet system which extends cell range and works as a wifi repeater when using campgrounds with internet service. We use this RV for regular vacations and working vacations since it has everything needed to live and work in a compact, easy to drive mobile office/home. What's includedAll renters get fresh linens, toiletries, paper towels, plates, cups, mugs, and all cooking and eating utensils for preparing meals. Cleaning supplies, soap, travel shampoos, and complimentary Keurig coffee pods to last your trip. Fresh towels and wash cloths, blankets included. We will do a walk-through with renters prior to their departure but also include video tour and instruction on all features (there's a lot of features). Connections for powering and charging all your electronic devices throughout the interior. RecommendationsWe have a list of great camping sites in California with favorite camp grounds and our best pics for camp site spots to reserve. Some of these locations include Big Sur, Joshua Tree, Morro Bay, Avila Beach, and San Luis Obispo. Other things to notePets are welcome at no extra charge but renters are responsible for any damages. No smoking in RV at all.
