1The owner does not provide adequate equipment necessary to supply water to the trailer. The absence of the ability to utilize water makes the trailer uninhabitable, as it is required for tasks such as cleaning, bathing, drinking, cooking, safety, hygiene, and general health and welfare.

5We had a good experience. There were a few mechanical bumps related to the outside kitchen door not locking during travel and the awning being broken and unusable. Steph helped us and was timely in her responses. There was an issue with the toilet, we thought there would be a charge, but fortunately things worked out. Overall, it was a good value. The only trouble we found with how the Trailer performed was that when you sleep in the pop out it collects condensation and then drips on you during the night.

Typically as long as its communicated beforehand and I’m able to accommodate for different pickup/drop off times I am flexible in order to best fit both the renters and myself

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The best way to ensure your experience is as easy as possible is to pay close attention during the walkthrough at time of pickup and PLEASE feel free to ask any questions you may have leading up to and during your trip. I know the trailer inside and out so I can walk you through most any solutions within minutes of receiving your message. I have no problem guiding you through steps to solve the problem, after all you’re on vacation!
