Standard pick up timing is 1-4pm on departure day and standard return time is 9am-12pm on return day. There are optional add on items during the booking process to request early departure (9am-12pm) and/or late return (1-4pm). If the trailer is not booked already you can lock those in for a small fee.

You need to have a frame mounted 2" receiver (or a 2" sleeve if you have a larger receiver). You should also have an adjustable height hitch in order to align with the trailer tongue height.
