1.0I thought I was renting from a personal party and it wasn’t until I paid my money that I found out this was a company, which was not mentioned in the ad on Outdoorsy. I had to ask whether plates, utensils, pots, towels, etc., were provided, which they were not. I knew I made a huge mistake when not even rv toilet paper or deodorizer were provided. When I did my walk through, I noticed the registration tag was from May 2025, 13 months late, and I had to ask for new plates. The inside of the trailer was dirty, the table was bent, the mattress had multiple stains, etc. It looked nothing like the pictures on Outdoorsy, which is misleading. Also, it wasn’t until I got there that I found out the fridge only runs on battery or a generator instead of propane, which would have been ok if the battery stayed charged. I had problems with the generator staying on, even though it was outside away from any enclosures. I had to hook up to my family’s generator multiple times for 3 hours so the battery would charge but it never showed a full charge. Each time the battery was about to die, it would chirp loudly and that happened at 3:30 am and you can’t start a generator during quiet time. Also, the smoke detector started beeping the first night so I had to disconnect it to sleep. For the amount of money I paid, everything should have been in good working condition and I should have been able to unhitch and have a relaxing time, which did not happen. The only positive thing I can say is it was easy to tow.
