This little beauty is clean, easy to use and is quite cozy. It has A/C, heat, a fan, a dinette that converts to another bed, a stove, a refrigerator and great storage ! Everything is in wonderful condition and ready to use. I provide extra sheets for the beds as well as pillows and blankets. There is hot cocoa and some condiments in the fridge. I also provide a list of fun places to go in the area ! I look forward to meeting you and having you use this little beaut! What's includedFresh linens, hobo pie irons, some snacks, cookware and utensils RecommendationsIn this area there are so many places to camp near by ! 4 mile creek, golden state park, the KOA in grand island, jelly stone if you have little kids and this List goes on And on!
