- Prep fee: $621.00. This covers preparing and sanitizing before and after to each rental. We ventilate the unit, all surfaces are disinfected, we dump, flush and clean the tanks, wash exterior and wash all the laundry.

Very nice RV! Perfect for our family of 4 for a long weekend without hookups. Everything was well explained before departure and the hosts were available and very accommodating. We would recommend this RV to all of our friends and family.
