■ Both grey and black tanks are to be dumped or there will be a $100.00 clean out fee.
■ RV must be cleaned out and in the same condition as when picked up or there will be a $100.00 cleaning fee.Other things to note🚭 This is a no smoking camper. Anyone found to have done will forfeit their entire security deposit.
❗️Late Return Fee: more than 6 hours will be charged as 1 day of rent
