2003 Gulf Stream Custom
This Beautiful Custom 24' Class C is gorgeously appointed and incredibly capable of off grid adventuring. Fully renovated in 2023 this elegant RV does not look like any other you will see. While the interior design of most campers leaves you feeling like you are trapped in a claustrophobic diner from 1993, every inch of the interior of this Gulf Stream was renovated with contemporary styling in mind. Featuring a bright open concept floor-plan, softwood ceiling, one-of-a-kind light fixtures, and lovely custom epoxy counter tops, you feel like you are in a beautiful space while exploring the beautiful places. However, it isn't just pretty, it is also extremely functional. As a professional RV technician, and having a family of five, there are many quality of life amenities that we incorporated to make this rig extremely functional. There is a huge solar/lithium system with 500W of solar, 300AH lithium battery bank, and a 3KW pass through inverter, so there is always plenty of power. Also, the inverter backs up everything except the air conditioner and the radiant floor heating so you never have to turn on the generator just to use the microwave or fire up the coffee maker. The brushless DC refrigerator/freezer is extremely efficient, but still has all the cooling power of a residential unit (if you have ever tried to use a traditional RV refrigerator to cool down anything that was not already cold, you know how weak they are). We designed the custom cabinets to take advantage of every inch of space, so even though the kitchen is completely stocked with all essential cookware, utensils, and eating ware, most of the drawer space is empty and ready for a weeks worth of food. The 4 camera digital mirror is hard wired, so there is no time delay, and it gives an unparalleled view of the road around you while driving, and while backing up. The apple car-play/Android Audio works great, and there are convenient 110V and USB/Usbc plugs all over the coach. Kids in particular love The Rgbw indirect LED lights all threw out, as well as the loft bed. The kitchen sink is massive for an RV but there is abundant counter space, and if you have ever had to tie a trash bag to a hook on the end of a cabinet (because campers never plan for a place for a trash can) you will appreciate the 10 gallon receptacle built into the counter top on this unit. With the dinette pop out extended, it is extremely spacious inside, and yet it is a small 24' class C, being about 6" shorter and slightly narrower that the standard, so it is a lot easier to drive and at 10MPG uses about 20% less gass than the bulkier rigs. With all that said, it is not a stealth sprinter with a standard wheelbase, so if you are looking for something that will fit in any parking space, this would not be a good fit, for you. It is also not a 40' class A with four pop outs, so if that is really what you want, then this also would not be a good fit. finally, it does not have a separate bedroom, so if having an isolated sleeping space is a priority for you in exchange for maximizing communal hang out space, then this would also not be a great fit. But if you want something that is beautiful, functional, and designed around a spacious, open central living space, Then this one of a kind custom RV could be perfect. What's included• The RV comes with everything needed for cooking accept the food. There are pots, pans, mixing bowls, trays, cooking utensils, cutting boards, dish towels, sponges, soap, drying rack, potato peeler, bottle opener, tongs, Tupperware, lighter, whisk...
• plates, cups, coffee mugs, spoons, knives, forks, marshmallow roasters, water filter.
• Paper towels, trash bags, soap, vacuum cleaner.
• We don't include toiletries as most people bring their own.
• linens can be provided for a fee.
• RecommendationsMany of the best spots for camping around here are the overlooks on East Camino Cielo, many of them are on trailheads and are on national forest land, so you can stay in them for free. While we can include linens for a fee, we recommend that you bring a sleeping bag for convenience, also, soft bags and duffles are preferable to suitcases because you can unload your clothes in the cabinets and then just stow your bag. Please do not take it to burning man.Other things to notePlease remember that this RV is not owned by a big company, it is our families RV, and we have lovingly renovated it. So if you are going up long steep grades, take it easy on the engine and transmission, and if you are on long downhill grades, please put it in second gear and drive 45 rather than riding the brakes. Please drive very slow on bumpy/dirt roads, it is not a Jeep, and driving it like one will break things.

We are the Campbell family and in 2016 we got the airstream bug and before we knew what happened we had purchased a completely dilapidated 1969 ambassador. We have since then completely restored and updated the RV into a modern escape vehicle that we are extremely proud of. We enjoyed the process so much that we are launching business to restore and then rent classic cars and RVs. Come check out our pride and joy, the Morning Breeze.

Layne and his father were great Rv hosts. The RV is custom built by Layne and has everything you need for a road trip. Inside is very clean, homey, and aesthetically pleasing. Would absolutely recommend using the Rv. Layne is very communicative and helpful if you have questions. He was very accommodating with our schedule due to a natural disaster that we experienced prior to arrival. Also, I’m 6’3’’ and slept comfortable on the couch bed with my significant other.
