Libre in the Bay

We had a wonderful trip, thanks in large part to Rachel and the great travel vehicle. Very comfortable, clean and easy to drive. Hope to connect again next year for our annual event in Santa Cruz!

This van was absolutely fantastic! Extremely comfortable, drove really well and was well equipped. The host Rachel was an absolute pleasure to deal with and very responsive to all questions. The bed was the most comfortable van bed I've slept in. Rachel included really lovely conveniences in the van including pepper & Himalayan salt, avocado oil, peanut butter, a first aid kit, organic tampons and pepper spray (I was a woman travelling alone so it was a nice assurance to have this available), nice linen, towels etc The cookware and plates/cutlery/etc were great. The van has both a 20L water dispenser for drinking water and tank water for washing up etc. When I had the van, unfortunately the fridge was glitching but Rachel was really responsive and we got it sorted out quickly and easily. I really loved my stay in the van and ended up extending it because I loved it so much!

My whole experience renting this van was a dream come true. Rae, the host, has thought of every last comfort you could imagine and was responsive and accommodating from start to finish. This isn't just a utility van, it's a sanctuary! The added touches of the curtains, the extra pillows were perfect. The freedom that it provides to travel, but remain in the comfort of your own space, is just hands down the best way to travel. I'm never renting a hotel again! I highly recommend and would definitely rent again from Rae.
