2016 Keystone Bullet
Birdie the Bullet is always ready for adventure!! Located in the midst of the Great Lakes, Sault Ste Marie has something to offer for every outdoor enthusiast! This beauty rig is equipped with a full outdoor kitchen; 2 burners stove, bbq, mini fridge, sink and cupboard packed with outdoor cooking essentials. 3-step entrance and safety bar. Power awning and tongue jack.
Private bedroom with a queen bed and a new Juno memory foam mattress. His and hers closets and real wooden doors for privacy. Equipped with a laundry chute to keep things tidy during your trip, just put a basket in the storage space below and packing up will be a breeze. Comes ready to go with all of your cooking and camping needs; towels, sheets, cookware, utensils etc. If there is anything specific you are wondering about please just ask!
Mi casa on wheels et sous casa on wheels, please make yourself at home and be respectful. I operate on an open door policy - meaning I like to keep the lines of communication open.
As for other components, furnace/AC, pantry, large fridge and freezer, wrap around dinette. In the bathroom is a porcelain pedal flush toilet, sink and vanity, roomy stand up shower and extra storage space.

So many beautiful camping spots close to the Soo! Ontario parks like Pancake Bay and Agawa are just North of town on Highway 17. KOA has full service sites available and is close to the city of Sault Ste Marie. Some other options available here: https://www.campgroundreviews.com/regions/ontario/sault-ste-marie
*Camping in the USA is not available at this time due to COVID restrictions.*
Let me know if you have booked a site, I recommend a full service site if you are staying for more than a week, but can accommodate power/water site and power only site. I have no other power source available at this time.
Other things to note
Please NO SMOKING.
Clean up after your pets. An additional pet deposit/cleaning fee may be added upon my discretion.
Reasonable cleaning required. Please don't leave creepy things for me to clean! :) All I ask is that you leave the unit in the condition you found it. Deep cleaning is not necessary but excess cleaning will result in an additional Deep Cleaning Fee. This includes walls, ceilings and or any stain removal from carpet and upholstery.
The trailer is not to be moved from the campsite without prior approval.
There will be a welcome package with rules and instructions for use of the unit, if you have any additional questions please ASK.
After camping, the dumping of the unit will be done by me and is included in the delivery fee of the unit.
Please try to refrain from pooping in the unit, I ask that you only use in case of emergency. Urine is ok, just please no paper products or other items in the toilet. No sanitary pads or tampons, or diapers to be flushed at any time. If the site is full service I will outline proper use of sewer drainage. Otherwise there will be no emptying of the tanks unless booked for more than a week (7days). If you do require dumping throughout your stay there will be an additional fee for travel at $25/hour. The same for filling with water. There will however be water jugs available if you want to add water yourself.
There will be 1 full 20 lb propane tank provided per week. There will be one full back up propane tank (20lb) in case you need it but there will be an additional fee if used unreasonably. The fee will not exceed the current market price to fill the tank. In most cases you will not need more and if you do please make prior arrangements.
Power adapters included for 15/30/50 amp power on site. I recommend at least 30 amp if you want to be able to use the AC unit or furnace. 15 amp may not handle full use of all amenities and can result in blowing the breaker.
Do not hang towels on awning arms.

Had the best experience with delivery set up and pick up! Danielle was awesome with checking in throughout the weekend with quick little messages which helped with trouble shooting on turning on tv and dvd ( totally my stupidity till texting with her lol)
Overall everything was excellent and will not hesitate to rent again in the future!
