The Millennium Falcon may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts. Highly customized and jam-packed with every feature you could wish for, this versatile and fun-to-drive van is like nothing else on the planet. It Features a rare Automatic transmission, up to 7 seat capacity for family road-trips with European train compartment-style seating. Yet it's also a full camper that sleeps 4, thanks to a pop-top, fold-down Full Width queen-sized mattress in back, and the E-10 "Kitchen Droid."The Kitchen Droid is normally mounted in place of one of the rear-facing jump seats, and is a self-contained kitchen with an ice cold refrigerator/freezer, electric faucet, sink & 7 gallon drinking water capacity. It's more cleverly configured than an R2 unit - you'll fall in love with it.Cold night? Not a problem. The van also contains another rare item: a professionally installed gas-powered German Webasto heater (that's right, no worries about finding propane, it runs off the gas tank). An easy-to-deploy ARB Awning provides shade & rain protection, and the pop-top is waterproof too.The 100 Amp Hour auxiliary battery is sufficient to power everything for a weekend, and recharges with about an hour's driving. A complete Solar charging system is available as an option with 1 week notice. This van is also quiet on the road (compared to other Vanagons) with sound-deadening material throughout, and a stunning 8 speaker $3,000 sound system. This high-ground-clearance 2WD vehicle can go where normal vans fear to tread, with its torque-biasing differential and aggressive knobby tires, you can go *almost* anywhere a syncro can go.It's also FUN! Star Wars fans will enjoy the many custom touches. Functional hyperspace levers. Wookie seatbelt, and the rough-around the edges exterior which hides a completely new mechanical restoration. New Engine (2.2L upgraded) , new transmission, big brakes, shocks, cooling systems, power steering, etc. You'll love it.What's includedFully stocked with EVERYTHING you need to camp, plus many little luxuries. 4X camp chairs, 2 hammocks, cookware, utensils, linens, blankets, headlamps, mosquito screens, an indoor/outdoor rug, LED lights to string up under your awning, fire-starting materials, even a foam mattress topper for extra comfort on the lower bed...The complete equipment list is a page and a half long, and will be provided at time of rental. There’s also room for all your own toys. With the full-size Rocket Box and the roof rack, you can haul anything from skis to paddleboards. We can also help you arrange to rent bikes and a tailgate-mounted bike rack, for an additional fee.RecommendationsWe can suggest amazing custom itineraries for any length trip. The Pacific NW is the best corner of our country, in our opinion, and you'll find once-in-a-lifetime experiences in all directions. Ferry rides open up lots of possibilities also.Other things to noteThis is one of the coolest vehicles on the road, and driving it is a lot of fun. People will smile & wave at you at stoplights. You'll get compliments and make friends when you stop. But these perks comes with responsibilities. Our van has all-new everything underneath its skin, but it's still a vintage vehicle which can't keep up with modern cars. On flat ground, sure, you can go 65 easily, but you'll need to back off when climbing hills.Climbing big hills requires the "low and slow" approach: Put the automatic into 2nd gear, get in the right lane, and hold it at 45 MPH.Think of yourself as a spaceship pilot, in the cockpit of a YT-1300 light freighter. Take a few moments to get the coordinates from the Nava-computer. Prepare your vehicle for the jump to Hyperspace. At every gas station fill-up, take 1 minute to check the oil and coolant levels. If you can handle that, you'll love the experience of piloting the Falcon, and you're the right person for this van.

We are huge Star Wars fans and love to explore the Pacific Northwest in the "Millenium Falcon." What?! You haven't HEARD of the Millenium Falcon? It's the ship that made the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs! Hmm.. You're unimpressed? Perhaps you're aware a parsec is a unit of distance, not speed? Well no matter. She'll get ya where you're going. Please note that the Hyperdrive is offline at the moment, so you're limited to the 2.2L sub-light gasoline engine. Which is fine, these vans' probably shouldn't go faster than light speed anyway. But! I know a guy in Bespin who has his own shop- a friend of mine - he has people that fix her, no problem. In the meantime, she's ready to charter. Droids, cargo, passengers.. groceries... ski gear... Tech details for the extreme Star Wars fan: You may have noticed the hyperdrive levers on the dash. Yes, they are functional. This obscure variant of the Volkswagon Vanagon was manufactured as a joint venture between VW & CEC back in 1987. It may not look like much on the outside, but it's got it where it counts! It has undergone a complete mechanical restoration and rebuild and is now rock-solid reliable. We've made a lot of *special* modifications ourselves. The Dejarik Table includes a full set of pieces so you can play holo-chess on rainy days. It has a heater for winter camping that runs off the gas tank, and an EE-10 Kitchen Droid that houses a mini-fridge with freezer and twin 3.5 gallon water tanks for a total drinking water supply of 7 gallons. We hope you enjoy our van as much as we've enjoyed building it for you!

Everything worked perfectly, the van did just fine in the hills, would highly recommend. Oh and that refrigerator was amazing to have!

We're VW people and due to an accident, our camper van was unavailable for a first of the summer road trip. The Falcon was a great substitute! Eric and Jeanne were great to work with coordinating pick up and drop off times since we are from out of state. The Falcon ran like a champ, the gear in the van was a perfect accompaniment for our trip and made it super easy.

We had such a perfect road trip with the falcon through the Olympic Peninsula. The falcon has such charm and thoughtful modifications that are so fun and useful! It held up so well even at snowy & icy Hurricane Ridge in January (with chains) and the rainiest season in the rainforest. It handled the windy roads, highway, and I-5 very well and felt perfectly safe after a short learning curve to feel comfortable with the brake distance and handling hills & turns. We had never driven a camper van before but had no trouble.
