Absolutely Fantastic! Better than expected. Took it up to Crystal for 2 nights with my son. Got very lucky (especially this ski season) with two days of about 6 inches of snow. Made things perfect. It is pretty amazing that the vehicle was fully powered at all times, with running hot water, just off the batteries alone. We set the inside temperature to 70 while we were on the hill, and it was nice to come back from a day of skiing to a warm cabin. It was a bit more spacious than anticipated, and we cooked several meals, which was great. It is hard to believe it can go up to a week off grid without needing to be plugged in, and the batteries recharge whenever the vehicle is started (without even needing to drive it). We parked for 2 days and only got down to about 80% of charge. Jared and Jack were great to work with and were very knowledgeable and helpful for us as new renters (and new drivers of a vehicle like this). It doesn't drive like a camper or motorhome, and it handles quite nicely. Huge bonus to be able to park in regular parking spots when heading to the store for supplies, as we didn't anticipate that. The bed is more like a full bed versus a queen, but it is one of the larger ones available in these configurations. Especially cool that it raises and lowers on a hydraulic switch. I'm 6'4" and my son is 6", but we were able to both fit fairly comfortably (although snug). Would recommend brining an additional foam topper, if you have one. That made a big difference for us. In addition, I know Jared is looking into Starlink Satellite service, which would be another great upgrade to the thoughtful upgrades already made to this vehicle. We look forward to renting from Jared and Jack again in the future (either this 2018 version or the other same model 2021 they have - also on the platform). Thanks guys!

Jared gave an awesome introductory tour of the rig and all her systems. He’s thoughtfully appointed this rental with nice linens, cooking equipment, and night shades. We drove up to Mt Baker Ski area for overnight camping and it’s like driving a big F250 up curvy mountain roads. The room for gear storage beneath the bed is awesome. We loved the bed raises up when driving and comfortably sleeps 6’2” man and partner at bedtime. It kept us warm and cozy at night with on-board heater and has an amazing amount of energy storage to run the mini-fridge, charge electronics, etc.

What a fun trip with Jared’s 2018 Revel! This was our first “vanlife” experience and we will definitely do it again. We camped at Moran and Deception Pass during the shoulder season (early Nov), so having heating overnight and an impressively hot shower to warm our bones after hiking all day was excellent. Jared was lovely to work with, thoughtful and attentive. We had some issues with the sink and he was quick to message us with tips and tricks and had already ordered the needed part on day 1. Jack (Jared’s dad) gave us a lift to the airport after we returned the van which was just the sweetest capstone to an excellent trip. Huge thank you!

We had a great trip exploring around the Olympic Peninsula, inside Olympic National Park and North Cascades National Park. We experienced sunset on isolated beaches, whale watching and kayaking off the San Juan Islands, and hike through snow in the mountains. Along the way we we able to find camper van camping opportunities including first-come-first-serve, trailheads, and stealth camping. With the camper van we were able to travel without a fixed agenda and pick places to stay as we went. Having the cooktop, shower and bathroom made it easy to camp just about anywhere. The camper van was very easy to travel in and if we had any questions or issues we were able to contact our host Jared pretty much any time of day and get our questions answered.

The movable bed was awesome for some great storage and access for clothing. Also liked the fans in the roof to help with temperature. The one above the bed wasn’t operating, but nothing big. Was great to have the fridge sink and stove as well to help make food.

Having a van during this year has been like having a super power. Being able to travel safely, and not worrying about where you are going to find supplies, or a restroom is no longer something you have to consider nearly as much. It's been a lot of fun to go snowboarding and visiting the great outdoors, as I've found this is one of the best ways to travel. You can pretty much park anywhere a normal rig goes, but then you have all of your amenities with you. Including solar power and a comfortable living/sleeping area. I'm a fan of this silver van.
