Let Us Deliver to you an Oasis in the High Desert: 2016 Coachmen Adrenalin

Travel trailerSedona, AZ
Sleeps 6
25 ft. long

We invite you to enjoy our new Coachmen Adrenaline RV which we recently purchased to give us the freedom to explore the beauty of Northern Arizona and surrounding areas with our three children (ages 2-6). Whether you're a seasoned RV'er or a first timer, we would love to facilitate your getaway out into the great outdoors! The trailer sleeps up to 6 people. The main sleeping area is a Queen size bed at the front of the trailer. In the back, two benches fold flat for an additional queen sized sleeping area and finally, a queen sized bed drops down from the ceiling at the press of a button creating a bunk bed of sorts. If additional sleep surfaces are desired, a queen size air mattress will also fit on the floor in the middle of the trailer. One advantage of our trailer is that it has very large holding tanks (for example it can hold 100 gallons of fresh water). This makes it much easier to enjoy many of the campgrounds in the Sedona area which only offer "dry camping" and do not offer RV "hook ups".We will tow/set up/pick up the RV to a campground of your choice for a ONE Time FEE (see list of suggested campsites below which also includes the delivery fee to each campground (fee also Includes the cleanup fee); Discount on this one time fee for rentals of 5 days or more). This fee is based upon distance so please let us know the name of your campsite when you request your dates for rental. This delivery fee is Payable Upon Check-IN.When choosing a campsite, note that the RV is compatible with 30 Amp Electrical Hook Ups (can use 50 Amp with an adaptor so let me know if you book a 50 Amp). It is 25' in length but if you wish to utilize the patio, an additional 8' of length is necessary so a campsite that is at least 33' in length is ideal.Especially for you newbies out there, please do not hesitate to contact me with ANY additional questions or for suggestions on great places to camp in the area! I look forward to hearing from you soon!A Few highly rated Campsites in the area to consider:With Full Hook Ups Sites (electricity, water, some with pools, cable, wifi, showers, bathroom facilities etc; probably the best choice for hot summer months):
-Rancho Sedona RV Park (Sedona, AZ) - next to Oak Creek ($50 delivery fee)
-Dead Horse Ranch State Park (Cottonwood, AZ) - fishing, hiking, mountain biking ($30 delivery fee)
-Distant Drums RV Park (Camp Verde, AZ) - pool, fitness room ($50 delivery fee)
-Grand Canyon Railway RV Park (Williams, AZ) indoor heated pool, Bearizona etc ($150 delivery fee)
-Circle Pines KOA (Williams, AZ) - pool, kids activities, etc ($150 delivery fee)
-Fort Tuthill Campground -Water only (Flagstaff) ($100 delivery fee)
-Point of Rocks (Prescott, AZ) ($100 delivery fee)
Places to "Dry Camp" (no hook ups) in the RV:
-Cave Springs Campground (Sedona) ($50 delivery)
-Pine Flat Campground (Sedona Oak Creek) ($50)
-Pine Grove Campground (Flagstaff, AZ) ($100)
-Ashurst Lake Campground (Flagstaff, AZ) ($100)
-Greer's Pine Shadows (Flagstaff, AZ) ($100)
-Lynx Lake Family Campground (Prescott, AZ) ($100)
--> We are also surrounded by BLM (bureau of land management) lands and National Forest where dispersed camping is allowed for free. If this interests you, let me know and we can discuss different areas where this is available).Remember to consider the elevation of the area where you choose to camp. In summer months, consider a campground either with electric hook up (to run air conditioner without having to use the generator) or look for a campground at a higher elevation (Flagstaff, Williams, etc) or near a creek or lake where you can cool off). During the colder winter months, it may be better to stay at a lower elevation in places such as Camp Verde, Cottonwood, etc). Generally speaking, Sedona and Prescott are in the middle in terms of elevation and climate. We truly hope that you have a wonderful experience!A little more info on the area's in which many of the campgrounds are located:The choice is up to You!Sedona: Majestic Red Rocks, Over 200 miles of World Class Mountain Biking Trails and even more Hiking Trails, Fine Dining, Numerous Spa's to pamper you, world famous Vortices (red rock formations believed to have special energy) and much more!Cottonwood: Numerous wineries, proximity to historic mining town of Jerome, AZ (now home to restaurants, art shops, and vineyard tasting rooms), Mingus Mountain, and old town Cottonwood with shops and restaurants, Blazing M Ranch.Camp Verde: Home to Montezuma Castle National Monument, Out of Africa Wildlife Park (and zip lining), Fossil Creek Wilderness, and Cliff Castle Casino.Flagstaff, AZ: Mountain/University town considered to be a gateway to the Grand Canyon. Surrounded by the largest ponderosa pine forest in the world. Hike to Humphreys Peak which at 12,633 feet is the highest natural point in AZ. Excellent hiking and mountain biking opportunities. See the Aspens golden leaves in the fall. Cooler Temps in the hot summer months.Williams, AZ: Bearizona, Grand Canyon Railway (will take you to the south rim of the grand canyon), Sycamore Canyon, cooler temperatures in the summer, 1 hour drive to the south rim of the Grand Canyon
