Pet friendly and easily towable trailer that sleeps 5!

2020 Wildwood FSX that is pet friendly! This trailer is small on the outside but will shock you on how well it uses the space. Capable of sleeping 5 people comfortably with a queen size murphy bed, two spacious bunks and a dinette conversion. Surprisingly large shower and bathroom that is easy to move around in. Has a large outdoor awning with LED lighting and external fridge which is very convenient for outdoor cooking. It has four corner manual stabilizers which keep it very stable despite its weight. Being small and simple makes it a breeze to navigate and get used to the inside and appliances as well. The trailer is small and light (about 3400 pounds) and is easily towed by half-ton trucks and SUVs and allows for extra gear to be brought along or the fresh water tank filled for dry camping. It takes up very little space and a frequent rental has been for using the trailer as a spare bedroom / in-law suite for parties and family get togethers as it can fit easily in most driveways or other places around a home quite easily.I now provide both a weight distribution hitch and wireless brake controller at no extra cost. Your vehicle just needs to have a 2 inch receiver and a 7 pin (round, not flat/square) trailer connection. Also available for rent are two bicycles which can be stored inside the RV and a generator (required if staying anywhere other than an RV park with electrical hookups). These can be found in the add-ons section of the listing.Note that bookings made within 48 hours of the start date of the trip must select the last minute booking option in Add-Ons. I understand that things can go wrong/plans can change and I try to make the trailer as available as possible but short turn arounds are difficult! What's includedFresh linens for the queen bed and two bunks, 4 towels, 4 pillows, 3 camp chairs, camping table, cookware, bbq tools, electric coffee maker, French press, hot plate, plates/cups, beverage tumblers and utensils. Also included is equipment required to dump the black/grey water tanks and to clean the hoses after use. RecommendationsI mostly explore dirt bike/atv riding areas around the east coast - AAOA, Famous Reading Offroad, and Mountain View ATV Park are some of my favorites. I am also looking forward to exploring some of the beach RV spots in Maryland, Virginia and Assateague Island. As I note in the description, a popular rental use has been as an extra room at a home during events, parties, family get togethers, etc. It is not something I would have thought of, I am sure there are other ideas out there so be creative! I am willing to work with you on a use as long as it is clearly communicated!Other things to noteI will provide a weight distribution/sway control hitch (E2) and wireless brake controller (Curt Echo) that will be required when towing. The brake controller requires an app (search for Curt Echo) that can be downloaded to android or iPhones. The tow vehicle needs to have a 2 inch receiver and a 7 pin (round, not flat/square) trailer connection. The generator that is available as an add-on is required for any rental where its destination is not at an RV park with electrical hookups. This includes dry camping, using the trailer at a residence as a spare room, or any other location. No other generators can be used to power the trailer, no exceptions. The RV can also not be powered by a standard electrical socket in a home, it draws more power than what a house outlet is rated for and can be dangerous for the home, trailer and any electronic devices which are plugged inside the trailer.I require all renters to review the full listing including rules of the road before I will accept a booking.

Hello! After years of research and consideration I finally took the leap and purchased a travel trailer. I enjoy the outdoors and especially riding dirt bikes, getting the RV allows me to explore more riding areas around the east coast in much more comfort than a tent. There is nothing like spending a whole day riding and coming back to AC and a shower, even though you are in the middle of no where. I also like to attend events, I most recently camped in the infield at Talladega which was an amazing time. When its possible I like to take my dog along with me to enjoy the trips that I take.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pickup and drop off can be at the RV's current location or I can deliver/pickup within a 120 mile radius for a fee.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
This varies by campground, its best to contact the campground and confirm what amenities they provide. I have included all of the various types of connections that could be found at RV campsites. This is a small trailer and only requires a 30 amp campsite, and I have provided an adapter for 50 amp sites if that is all that is available. For water hookup, a 25ft drinking water hose with filter and pressure regulator is provided. Sewer hookups are provided with maximum length around 25 ft.
