Overview

THIS RV IS FOR RENTAL AND USE ONLY WITHIN 100 miles of Sevierville, TN. This includes all of the Great Smoky Mountain National park. Visiting the Smoky Mountains? This is a perfect-sized camper for you and your family to drive and explore. You will easily be able to navigate the mountains in this Mercedes diesel powered mini cruiser! It handles like a van and gets 15-17 miles per gallon! My wife and I are teachers and we travel with our 13 and 10 year old children part of the year. We rent to families wanting to visit our beautiful home town in the Smoky Mountains on their vacations the remaining part of the year. This RV is a 2007 Gulf Stream Vista mini cruiser, it is NOT super-wide like a lot of the newer motor homes. If you are new to driving an RV, this will feel like driving a large van. You can cook (stove top, microwave, or convection oven), brew a K-cup of coffee, take a hot shower, and watch TV (we have 2, one for the kids in the front and one for the adults in the back. :) You can run the generator and boon-dock or hook-up to power/water at a camp ground easily. We recently (June of 2018) installed a solar charging system and new deep cycle batteries. This will allow campers who want to camp in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which has a strict generator policies and NO CAMPGROUNDS have electrical hook-ups, to keep plenty of power while they camp. In summer of 2019 we upgraded the AC unit to 15K btu Dometic unit. Every summer, I have the RV inspected by Mercedes of Knoxville and diligently maintain the vehicle. While it is a 2007, it has low mileage (55,000) and the RV is in fantastic condition (see our reviews). We keep the RV stocked with DVD movies, board-games, towels, pillows, bed linens, blankets, utensils, cookware, first aid supplies, ect. There are several USB charging stations in the RV to keep you phones and iPads charged (even while not connected to campground power). Pretty much the only things you will need to bring are: family, food, and your sense of adventure.

Terry was friendly and knowledgeable about the RV and as soon as we met I could tell that he was passionate about giving us a great experience and took great care of the RV. He gave us the full tour, pointed out a few things that we would likely forget and made sure we were comfortable with...

We had an awesome 4 day trip to the Smoky Mountains in Terry and Sara's RV. The RV itself is beautiful. It is cozy, with plenty of space for my husband and me and two of our nieces and had all the amenities/provisions we needed for cooking, eating, showering, and sleeping. What really set the...
