Watch for branches as you pull into your campsite--roof membranes are easily damaged
***Provided these rules are broken or not followed and damage is incurred, your security deposit will be put on hold for 30 days, and the cost of remediation will be taken out of the security deposit.
RecommendationsOne of our favorite places to camp is Whitewater State Park. Whitewater boasts an incredible swimming beach (perfect for hot days!), camp facilities, and nature interpretive center are also part of the adventure at Whitewater. There is tons to do in and around the park. One of the most amazing features is that there are not mosquitos in the summer months in the park--lots of fireflys, but no mosquitos! You'll also find us boondocking up North in the Superior National Forest in the Fall months.

In short, just think of the Golden Rule. Take care of the camper like it was your own.• No Smoking or Drug Use is allowed in the camper; your entire security will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges plus a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter if there are no other overages or damages.
• You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds—even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
• Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter. If the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
• If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter should call roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out-of-pocket expenses for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed b y the owner upon return of the vehicle if the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
• Where applicable, the renter is responsible for checking and maintaining engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. The cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be the renter’s responsibility.
• The owner will provide access to written, video, and in-person instruction on the operation of the camper at time of pickup and will provide instructions for the operation of coach systems, features, and appliances, as applicable for the camper/RV you are renting. It is the renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features, appliances, or accessories in the RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for the cost to repair.
• Awning use is strictly prohibited. If the breakable locks are tampered with or broken, you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage. Tent-style screen rooms are available to rent and may be used anywhere on your campsite. Use it for clear-night tent camping, take it to the park. Move it around your campsite as you wish. Place it up next to the camper or as far away as you, please. Thank you for your understanding. (Awning repairs are more than $3,000 plus the loss of use during repair times)
• RV Lavatory: ONLY use RV bathroom tissue in the camper toilet. Do not use 2-ply or residential bathroom tissue. If you need to purchase bath tissue, be sure it is RV Bathroom Tissue. Use adequate water when flushing the toilet. Excessive use of toilet tissue may cause used tissue and other “solids” to accumulate in the line, causing a partial or complete blockage. That complete or partial blockage must be cleared. Any service required to fully open the system will incur a service charge of no less than $250, up to the total of your security deposit.
• Refrain from cooking any seafood, freshwater fish, or any other odoriferous inside the camper. Doing so will assess an extra cleaning and ozone treatment fee.
• Clean the camper up before getting back. We will do a detail clean before sending the camper out for its next adventure. Please tidy up and make sure the dishes and pans are cleaned and put away.
• Speeds while towing. Max 70 mph
• Pets: Dogs only, provide the breed and age of your pet at the time you make your reservation. You may bring 1 dog up to 70 lbs, $20/day. Larger dogs need to be approved.
• Holding Tanks: A photo including time, day, and location will be taken of the tank gauges before departure key exchange to document the grey and black tank levels before your trip. Upon the return key exchange, the Guest or Operator must take a photo of the gauges once the camper is at the drop-off address listed on your reservation. The photo must display the tank levels, time and day, and location the photo was taken. Both grey and black tank levels must display levels at or less than they were at departure—there are no exceptions. Basic Instructions: empty the black tank first and the grey one second. Rinse tanks by running water into the black and grey tanks and dumping them again. Do NOT let other people in the line at the dumpsite rush you. Call if you have questions. We are willing to help. A sanitation fee of no less than $129 and up to the total security deposit shall be assessed if the holding tanks are not emptied and reading at the level or less than the levels taken before the departure key exchange.
***I personally want you to have a great time, and make lifetime memories! You are helping our rental family when you do your part to help keep the camper in the best possible condition for the next family to enjoy as they embark on their own Adventure.***

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host

Q.Do you deliver?
A.
Yes we deliver! We will deliver your Adventure Rig to your campsite for you and will pick it up after your stay. If you want your camper to be fully set up, we can do that! Camping rug out, lights on, a/c or heat running, tunes on, wine and beer in the fridge, and wood for the campfire. Imagine pulling in and having everything ready? That's camping at a whole new level! Call us for details.

Q.What are delivery proceedures?
A.
Renter must be present at the campsite/RV park at time of delivery. Our delivery driver needs to be listed as one of your party so that we may gain access to the campgrounds. We are unable to deliver to a campground where you are waiting on a will-call/first-come-first-served campsite to open up. Deliveries must be scheduled during daylight hours unless other arrangements are made beforehand.

Q.Why is there a Camper Prep fee?
A.
A ton goes into ensuring your camper is Adventure Ready when you arrive for your sixty minute walk through. Over 50 services will have been performed including: >restock dry goods: bath tissue, Kleenex, Paper Towels, garbage bags >restock cleaning supplies: Clorox Wipes, Dish & Hand Soap, Kitchen/Bath Cleaner >refill propane >fresh bed & bath linens >tire pressure checked & tread depth checked >safety systems checked >appliances checked >equipment inventory counted >fridge/freezer prechilled

Q.We are pressed for time, can you pre-fill water tanks or get groceries for us?
A.
You betcha'! If you are camping off the grid or somewhere that does not have a water connection, you can have us prefill your freshwater tank. If you need some groceries for your trip, just let us know ahead of time. Your fridge runs on solar, so we can stock your perishables easily. Need to make lunch? No problem! You have a fully stocked kitchen right behind you! That brings a whole new meaning to, "I've got your back!"
