Our trailer is fully loaded with a pop out. It includes king bed and pull out couch including TV and radio which plays inside and out. Full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils and microwave oven. Full bath with a spacious shower and towels. Trailer operates with heating and air unit. Nice awning with surround blue lights. Outdoor grill and chairs. Lot of underneath storage. Requires at least half ton truck to haul.What's includedTrailer will have fresh clean linens and towels, dishes, pots and pans and utensils. We have camping chairs, table and outdoor floor mat. Also, comes with DVD movies.Other things to notePets welcome

We had a great 4-night stay in the trailer at a Shasta Lake RV campground and everything was smooth as silk! It is just perfect for a couple and had everything we could have needed. One of our favorite things was the huge outdoor patio mat that was included which allowed us to keep it nice and clean inside. We, luxuriously, had the trailer delivered and set up for us and Danny was a joy to work with. The whole experience was great and a tremendous value. Thank you Sherri and Danny!

Trailer was super clean, well appointed with everything you will need for camping and such great hosts! Sheri was prompt and communicated frequently and was so accommodating with questions and pickup/drop Times. We will definitely rent from her again!
