The 36FL takes the term "Elite" to a whole new level. This floorplan takes all of the great advantages of a front living fifth wheel and adds in Tons of storage. It also sports the Largest outside kitchen of any front living model. This show-stopper of a floorplan also offers a bath & 1/2. Don’t have a tow vehicle? No problem! We offer an add-on for an F-350 Ford truck. What's includedClothes, Food and Go! We provide everything from fresh linens, camping chairs, a propane griddle, dishware, coffee maker, hand soap, dish soap, and towels. We have worked hard to think of everything you need so you don't have to. Just bring your clothes on board, stop at the grocery store to get your favorite foods and hit the road. No need to overpack...there's a washer and dryer in this RV!RecommendationsI would suggest the RV Life app to help you plan your journey. I would highly suggest renting a spot with 50amp service, water, and sewer hookups. This will prevent you from needing to dump the black and gray tanks during your stay. Don't know what that is? No worries...we'll walk you through it.Other things to noteAll we ask is that you treat it like your own. Here are a few rules. No smoking in the unit. There’s a $500 fee for cleaning if you smoke in the unit. Please take your pets outside to use the restroom. Make note of any maintenance items for me to address before the next renter. It is a moving RV and we do expect that there will be maintenance items after every trip. We don't charge for those items that are factory issues and try to address them immediately. So the next renters also have a hassle free trip.

Ed was a pleasure to work with. There was great communication from booking the camper, all the way to our return trip back home. The camper was very clean and well equipped. When Ed told us all that we need to bring is our clothes and food, he was absolutely correct. There were many items such as lawn chairs, cleaning supplies, trash bags, towels, etc. that I was planning on either bringing or buying. Ed had everything ready for us to use and enjoy. We would absolutely do business with Ed in the future. The customer experience was top notch! Thank you Ed!

What a weekend! Edward, and his fifth wheel were top notch. The camper was super clean, well appointed, and Edward was responsive and timely throughout the entire process. We’ll definitely be return customers.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Within the KC metro area we can make whatever arrangements work for both of us. Generally speaking 7am, 12pm, and 5pm are our walk through times. You will need about 90 min.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
We do provide a comprehensive walk through and access to online manuals as well as I am always available through the app during your adventure so don't hesitate to reach out to me. I love talking to our travelers during their adventure.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will walk you through this. The most important thing to remember don't hook up your hoses and leave the gates open. Most parks do not have P traps so the sewage smell will come up into the unit. Just plan to dump in the evening and be set up for the next day.
