I brought this 1994 Coleman PUP back to life with paint, vinyl floors, new window coverings and a few extra conveniences. She has 2 full size pull-out beds suitable for 2 adults each and a dinette-to-bed that comfortably sleeps one adult or 2 kids. I keep her dry in my garage year-round, but she deserves to get outdoors more often than the 3 times per year I take her out! Step up from a tent and enjoy my PUP without needing a 2-ton truck to have an outdoor experience in comfort. She’s quick and easy to set-up single-handed (I’m 5’4” and 130 lbs and do it on my own often), but I’m willing to deliver and setup your campsite within 60 miles for a fee.Rental comes with an easy how to guide (I made it myself) and I can share a short how to video with you as well (starring me). My goal is to take away the nerves that may come with renting an old school PUP for the first time. What's included
Bed linens, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, electric mini fridge, electric space heater, electric fan, propane indoor/outdoor stove, propane heater (must buy propane canisters separately), 2 battery operated fans, 2 battery operated lanterns, electric Christmas lights and battery operated Christmas lights! Recommendations
From the DC area, I recommend staying in Harpers Ferry, WV. You can camp, take in history or have an outdoor adventure at River Riders! I also highly recommend Rocky Gap State Park (western MD) and Point Lookout State Park (southern MD).Other things to note
There is no toilet and no shower in this PUP. There is no awning either. Remember, no smoking inside and please clean up after yourself.
