Goes above and beyond to assist

Justin brought water and pump after a miscommunication, dropped off and set up the trailer, helped solve problems on the fly, and thoughtfully provided everything needed for trips.

Well-equipped and comfortable camper

The Rockwood Roo Hybrid was clean, comfortable, and had a nice layout. It was described as perfect, having everything needed, and working great. The door was tricky initially but easy once learned.

Guests love it for adventure

Justin went above and beyond for us. After a miscommunication regarding the water. He came to us and brought water and the pump, as well as left his bladder for us to refill. He and his wife were so friendly. The camper was perfect for us. The only tricky part was the door. But once you learned the tricks it was a breeze. Thank you, Justin!

About me... I have now lived in Utah for about 25 years. I have a lot of deep family roots in Utah. However, I have lived in multiple states such as Oklahoma, Alabama, Texas, Massachusetts, and Maryland. In my younger years, I have done A LOT of backpacking. I have done the Grand Teton (Teton Crest Trail 39 mi), Grand Gulch, Multiple Uinta hikes, the Wind Rivers, the Golden Cathedral, and many more. We have a huge blended family that consists of 6 children with ages ranging from 25 to 6. We have a full-time Marine stationed in Africa, 3 high schoolers, and a first grader. I currently work in the Ski Industry. We love to ski in the winter. Originally, we rented with Outdoorsy to search for the best trailer to purchase that fit the most sleeping capacity, was short enough to fit in small campsites, felt like we were still camping, had a place to hide when the weather wasn't good, and a full-size SUV or half-ton truck could tow. That is how we decided on this Hybrid Rockwood.
