1.0Beautiful RV. Very Modern and spacious. Rv itself gets 5 Stars for sure. I Got home, opened the RV to start loading some of our camping supplies in and noticed Hair on the shower wall, Debris on the shower floor, toys shoved between cushions, and trash still in bins. No biggie, I decide I’d just do a quick clean up myself so we could get on our way. The RV beds were very Comfy, A/C was a nice feature to have while camping, the fridge and Freezer are a decent size but didn’t stay up to temp on the gas alone but worked great once I attached my generator to the RV. After camping we returned home and spent a good portion of our day cleaning the entire RV from top to bottom leaving it in better shape than we had received it. Emptied all Waste water at my local public works facility. Checked the meter to ensure it was all emptied and noticed it was still reading that there was some left. An employee suggested we add some fresh water to the RV and reflush the toilets and sink so that we could re dump and be 101% sure it was empty. As I headed back to return the RV I stopped at a wash to clean the exterior and messaged the owner that I might be running a little late and she said that was fine. I arrived maybe 10-15 minutes after drop off time. Inspection went great. She checked the meter and noticed it still showed a little bit of black water. I explained the situation and let her know I had already emptied it. She still seemed concerned so I offered to go down the street and attempt to empty it AGAIN. Of course I get there, hook up and nothing came out.. I went back to drop off the RV, I asked if everything was good and the owner said everything was fine. I went on my way, was super happy about my experience with renting through outdoorsy. This is were the Owner gets 1 star.. I didn’t even get to the end of the street before the owner filed a claim stating that I was 60-120 minutes late. Even after attempting to re dump the black water, I still didn’t have the RV back that late. I wish she would have been honest up front about me running a few minutes late and then I would have just skipped giving the exterior of the RV a wash..

5.0A very fun trip to Bear lake, Utah. Excellent unit, very clean and comfortable for our group of four adults and two girls. The owners are so friendly and easy to work with. Especially helpful were the videos with a thorough walk through and explanations on how to operate that we were able to view before the trip. A five star experience!

5.0Kimber was great to work with. Trailer was very nice and in great shape. Everything in the trailer worked as expected. I had a minor problem with my hitch receiver being larger than the 2" equalizer hitch provided with the trailer. I had a 2.5" to 2" reducer sleeve that didn't fit Kimber's equalizer hitch so I had to run to State Trailer and buy a new sleeve. I would also mention that this trailer is advertised as able to sleep 10 people. While technically true, don't count on that being all adults! I rented this planning to sleep 5 adults (no kids on this trip). The couch that folds out into a bed is not long enough to sleep an average adult.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick up and drop of can be flexible. Once you book we can work out times. There can also be a contactless pickup and drop off if that needs to be worked out.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Staying inside an RV park, is easy. The electrical cord pulls out from drivers side rear. The site will have an electrical box that you plug into, ensure you get a 30 AMP spot. On the rear end of the camper there is a hose hookup that says City water hookup, this is where you will hookup the water hose, ensure you have the pressure reducer on it as these sites have high pressure. Sewer line is inside the back bumper. Screws onto the waste tank, do not leave the levers open while hooked up.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Be cautious on the road as this is a long haul.
