Welcome to our Class C RV Bunkhouse. We purchased this RV for our and your enjoyment. This RV sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 in the rear queen private bedroom, 2 on the bunkbeds, one on the sofa and 1-2 on the cab-over bunk. The table makes a bed suitable for kids. There are 2 tv's with the bunk tv having a built in dvd player and headphones. The main tv is streaming ready. Outside on the patio is a large power awning with LED lighting. Easy-to-drive Class C model with familiar automotive-style dash & front end, good fuel economy, & plenty of comfort in the leather captain's chairs.There are 2 slides, one in the bedroom/bunk area and one in the living room making for a spacious camping experience. There are drawers and cabinets to store everything you may need to bring.All of the beds have comfort memory foam toppers and zip protectors that are waterproof. There's leather(ette) throughout. We have provided organizational items to help while travelling, including a hamper, hooks for hanging towels, shoe racks, and built in soap dispensers.We advise the purchase of Interior Damage Protection, or any interior damage will be taken from the depositYou are going to have the time of your life!What's includedThere is a griddle on board that can be plugged in outside for cooking bacon, burgers and the like.We will provide you with camping chairs, games, linens & pillows for all of the beds, plenty of warm blankets, eating and cooking utensils, standard seasonings, pots & pans, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, a coffee maker (k-cup) with some coffee, a hairdryer, RV specific toilet paper & general cleaning supplies. We will also have a stock disposable plates/utensils on board. You will need to bring your own food, additional paper goods [paper towels, napkins, paper plates/ cups], condiments, personal hygiene supplies, etc.Please return rig full of fuel, we handle the LP as part of consumables.RecommendationsWe love to go to Dollywood and have stayed at many of the campgrounds in that area. We are also versed in campgrounds around the Chattanooga area. We are ATV-ers and have been to many of the ATV parks in this region.Other things to noteWe will consider pets on a case by case basis, we generally prefer no pets due to allergies and the extra cleaning. There will be an extra fee if we approve a pet for cleaning. Also, if we find pet hair in the RV, there will be a deduction to the deposit.Absolutely no smoking in our RV. Any smell of smoke will result in loss of your deposit.No cooking of Bacon, fish or other greasy items inside the camper.Do NOT clean fish in the camper or on any of the camper surfaces, indoors or out.NEVER leave the awning out at night, during storms or when away from the camper. Awnings are easily damaged, and expensive to replace.We offer an outdoor cook stove/grill as an option for grilling out and will provide propane and cleaning of it upon return.We will consider music festivals and other high capacity/low space events on a case by case basis, must reach out in advance to discuss.We advise the purchase of INTERIOR DAMAGE PROTECTION, or any interior damage will be taken from the deposit

Welcome to our RV. We started RV-ing after having our first child and not wanting to sleep on the ground anymore. We continued to RV and ATV over the last decade or so as our kids have grown up. We still enjoy camping and RV-ing as a family whenever we can. We have 3 kids and "Grandma" who camp with us - thus the big bunkhouse. We have organized and provided items in the camper that we find to be helpful and hope you will too!

We’ve enjoyed this RV twice now - and hope to again in the future. The bunk house layout is good for our family with four little girls. The owner makes sure it’s clean and well-stocked and communicates well. Thanks Lucia and Frankie!

The entire experience was awesome. Frankie and Lucia were great. The RV was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and stocked with all of the amenities that you would need for your outing. I highly recommend the RV .

Lucia and Frankie were wonderful to communicate and work with throughout the reservation and return and made this trip possible for me on short notice to them. We greatly enjoyed the RV which was more than enough room for what we needed and very comfortable and a fun experience. I definitely recommend their RV for your future adventure and they are top notch owners. Will certainly be trying to line up another trip with them in the future.
