5.0We had an amazing experience renting the Allagash van from Maine Adventure Company! There were three adults on our trip, and we were all comfortable throughout the entire adventure. The van truly felt like the perfect mix of luxury and off-grid travel. It had everything we needed while still allowing us to disconnect and explore some incredible places in Maine. One of our favorite features was the Starlink internet. It worked surprisingly well, even in remote areas, and made it easy to stay connected when we needed to without taking away from the adventure. The van was clean, thoughtfully designed, easy to drive, and packed with useful amenities. You can tell a lot of care went into creating the experience. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or a longer road trip, the Allagash is an incredible way to explore Maine!! We would absolutely rent it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, unique, and adventure-filled trip! 10/10! 🚐🌲

5.0We had a perfect trip with our Allagash RV set up. The beds were firm and the layout is well-thought out. We had everything we needed for a trip with two grandchildren. Leading up to the trip, Ron (the proprietor) was very responsive and answered all questions within several hours. The pickup location in Portland was right off the highway, very easy to get to. There is a gas station on the way, so it was easy to fill the RV at the end of the trip. We got a 30 minute orientation so we knew how to work the solar power and use all the lights, coffee maker, etc. We were parked for 5 days and ran the vehicle once for about 20 minutes to top off the charge. We rate this a true 5 out of 5.
