This layout is fabulous, In the back you’ll find a room with 4 bunk beds with a door that closes and a closet with drawers to store your belongings while camping, great area for kids/teens. With the master at the front of the trailer has a queen mattress with closets and night stands on both sides! The main living space has a U-shaped dinette that converts to a full bed, as well as a fold out couch if needed. You’ll be able to utilize a full kitchen when outside gets just too cold to stand, where you can be toasty warm in the heated space with electric fireplace, or you can utilize the outdoor kitchen with the outdoor BBQ on those hot days and keep the indoors cool with the A/C blasting. Has Indoor smart tv, stereo that plays both indoors and out (with Bluetooth connection), Awning Length: 16 ft.

In the outside kitchen there will be a set of s’more sticks.In the front of the trailer there is a storage compartment. On the driver side there will be a clear tote with all of the adapters, freshwater hose, the tool to raise and lower the jacks manually, a set of leveling blocks when you set up the trailer at your destination.
On the passenger side you will find the Mat to lay down in your camping area, and the BBQ and the hose to connect to the trailer.

Usually, the sites are 35 ft or greater to accommodate our trailer. When booking with electric hookups, the trailer is set up for 30amp power. We will provide you with 20,30- and 50-amp adapters.- The slide out is on the driver side please make sure the area is free of any trees or anything that may damage the slide.I ask that you please dispose of any trash throughout the trailer, return it just how you got it.
