RecommendationsGrand Staircase Escalante has been one of our favorite places to explore. Near Bryce Canyon National Park, and our all-time favorite hike of Lower-Calfcreek Falls, this was a great destination for kicking off our 2021 camping season. We love to go on hikes and see the amazing natural beauty of central and southern Utah. We have many more places to explore. One perk was our RV park, the Escalante Cabins, and RV park, which served as the perfect basecamp for our week. New, clean, and centrally located, this RV park offered all we needed for a great vacation! It has become a"must come back" RV spot!If you are in Utah County and want to have an RV park experience, we have enjoyed Lakeside RV in Provo. Kids loved the paved paths for scooters and bikes, as well as their pool!In 2023, we did the KOA Holiday Campground in Bear Lake (Garden City, UT) and it was an instant favorite. It had a pool, mini golf, playground, giant chess/checkers, dog run, and plenty of space for our kids to roam and ride their bikes. I would highly recommend this campsite to anyone with kids!Other things to notePets welcome, No festivals and no smoking whatsoever, unless it's a good tri-tip, or rack of ribs!

We have had a camper for about 8 years, and it was the one I grew up in, a 1984 Skamper Tent Trailer. Now that our kids are getting bigger and heading into their teenager years, we upgraded to a full-size RV Trailer. We have realized that these have been some of our best and most memorable times together as a family. It was, for this reason, we decided to rent out a camper, so that others may catch the camping bug, and create those awesome moments with each other too.

WOW! RV was very clean and well stocked! Rory was a complete angel as we had some different circumstances and he helped every step of the way. Rory was so accommodating and so helpful. I appreciated everything he did for us! We will seek them out next year for sure! Thank you!

Rory was fantastic to work with. We were looking on short notice because a host from another website cancelled our rental because of double booking. Rory was quick to respond to messages and answered all my questions. He was on time for delivery and pick up. The trailer had absolutely everything you could need or want. It was immaculate and thorough instructions were given at the time of drop off. It was great to have a remote start generator to start and stop without going outside. Solar panels operated the lights so no need to use the generator for that. The queen bed was so comfortable we slept so great! Rory was polite and friendly and his kids were too! They even had a s'mores box provided for our trip. We will definitely use this rental when we need one for the future!

Rory’s answer

Thank you for being amazing renters!!

We had such a great experience! We rented the RV for a family reunion. The RV was clean and envied by all. We loved the UP theme. When something was needed (like a pan to cook a meal) it became a joke that we probably had it. Communication was great and professional. We would rent from Rory again in a heartbeat!

This was our first time using Outdoorsy and the whole experience was great! Rory was very responsive and helpful from start to finish with any questions I had. As mentioned in other reviews, the trailer was meticulously clean and well appointed in terms of things you might need or forget to bring. We traveled with young children, and the ability to close off their room as well as ours was a game changer. If we go camping in that area again we will definitely try to get this trailer again.

Rory’s answer

Thanks for being terrific renters! Thanks for the review!

We had a great trip with the trailer to Lava Hot Springs. I've rented many trailers and by far, this was the best equipped and organized from hoses, to equipment, to internal kitchen and cleaning items. Rory was super detailed and ensured that any questions about pulling the trailer were taken care of. Communication was excellent. This is how everyone should equip and rent their trailers!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
My wife works from home and typically is available anytime for pickup and drop off. Confirm early for arranging a time, but we have worked with several renters at different times with no issues.
