Sink System:
The van has 7 gallons of fresh water under the sink. There’s also a 7-gallon grey-water jug
under the sink that will need to be emptied regularly. They are labeled “Clean Water and
Grey Water”. You will know which one is which if you connect the wrong one to the pump. The faucet on the sink operates on an electric pump.
There are LED lights in the van that run off of the house battery. These LED lights are controlled by a dimmer switch.
GAS Cabin Heater:
The gas heater is located under the passenger seat. The air that comes out is hot enough to melt plastic, but please, make your smores outside.THE FAN: This powerful little fan keeps the air circulating and provides lovely white noise to fall asleep to.
Safety
For your safety and peace of mind, the van includes:
CO2 detector – located under the bed on the drivers side.
Fire extinguisher
First aid kit- Both are in the passenger side door
Take Wide Turns
You are driving an 18-foot-long vehicle, probably larger than most you usually drive. Please remember to take wide turns, especially in and out of tight spaces like gas stations, camping spots, etc. The van is about 8 feet wide; avoid tight spaces & narrow roads with branches that will brush the sides. and that is damage that you don't want to be responsible for.
Speed
Please do respect the speed limit and do not follow too closely behind vehicles. Since the van is tall, you’ll notice it handles differently than your car and taller vehicles tip easier than lower ones.
Avoid fast maneuvers, sharp turns, driving fast on washboard roads & hard stops. Think of this vehicle as a house on wheels & drive carefully.Drive easy & you’ll enjoy the best fuel economy as well! ~16-18 mpg
How High is It?
The van is 9 feet tall. Do NOT attempt anything 10 feet or less. Do not drive under fast food drive-throughs; we have found those "safety" height bars to not be accurate in some locations, unfortunately. Please do not risk it & drive around. If it looks even sort of close, do NOT attempt it. Be sure to take note of clearance warnings before trying to park in any low ceiling, urban parking garages.Regular unleaded gas is all the van needs. Gas is on the driver’s side, right behind the door. You’ve got about a 25-gallon tank. What's included• Linens, pillows and blankets are included.
• Dishes, utensil, basic cooking things

5.0Dean was great! He spent time going over the van and what I might need. The van was clean and ready to go with clean linens. This was a trial run for me as I am looking to see if I want to buy a van. I only camped two nights in Lake Almanor where a friend of mine drove up from Chico and spent the day hanging out. While I had a great time, the floor plan wasn't that great for my dog. He couldn't see out of the van when we were traveling and he couldn't get to the bed. By the end, he was settling down.
