Camp Okoboji AND LET ME DO ALL THE Work!Have you ever wanted to try the camping experience without the investment? Book our fully stocked 35 foot bunkhouse camper at one of two modern state campgrounds in the Iowa Great Lakes. Camper has 4 bunks in the rear and queen size bed in the front. Additional sleeping accommodations can be obtained with the fold down dining table and couch. The camper will be equipped with bedding, towels, basic cooking utensils and dishes, propane camping grill, clothes drying rack, outdoor dorm sized fridge, and six campfire chairs. All you have to do is show up with your food and clothes and make memories. The camper will be setup and ready to go on your reserved camping site and I will meet you on your reservation day for a quick run through of the rules and operations of the camper including how to pull out the awning, dump the waste tanks, etc.Price includes the nightly campsite fee. Extended stay pricing is availableHaving trouble with the camper? Want to know where the locals recommend for dining? What are the best hiking trails in the area? Where can we rent kayaks in the area? NO Worries! My wife and I are lifelong residents of the Iowa Great Lakes area, consider us your personal Okoboji concierge during your stay!Choose either Gull Point or Emerson Bay campground (see links below). Both campgrounds are well cared for modern campgrounds with full hookup and nice amenities ON beautiful West Lake Okoboji with beautiful sand beaches and swim areas within walking distance of each campsite. You won't find a cheaper lodging to vacation in Okoboji AND you will be lakeside!!(Please read the terms and condition on the Iowa DNR web pages, all renters will be required to comply with campground rules which include limits on number of people, number of vehicles, etc.)These campgrounds fill up fast and only have a portion of their sights that can be reserved no more than three months in advance! Holiday weekends fill up pretty much the day the reservations become available and may require more than the minimum 2 day stay. (Memorial Day weekend is already sold out). The cancellation policy is set at moderate and the all reservations require prior approval before renting due to the quick sell out of these campgrounds. Please be considerate, only book if you intend to follow through. I have to put my own money up to hold your campsite, but don't get paid from Outdoorsy until the date of your booking. All renters are required to follow the rules posted for the campgrounds posted on the Iowa DNR website. No pets allowed, no smoking inside camper. Do not attempt any repairs, etc. If something seems wrong call me! I live 7 minutes away from each of the campgrounds.
