Very clean, ready to go on day of rental.

Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience overall. The RV was not properly prepared at pickup, which caused delays right from the start. The tabs were expired, and we had to wait while the host went into town to renew them. There were also several significant mechanical and usability issues. The water filter housing was cracked, so we couldn't use the water system at all during the trip. The power inverter was not working, which forced us to go out and buy a charger just to bring in the awnings, slide-outs, and raise the leveling jacks Additionally, the low beam headlights did not work, which is a serious safety concern. On top of that, some basic cleanliness and maintenance items were overlooked-- the coffee filter was full of fuzzy mold. When the issues were brought up, the host did not apologize and instead placed blame on the mechanic of Links RV in Minong WI, which was frustrating and did not help resolve the situation. Overall, the condition and readiness of the RV did not match expectations, and these issues has major impact on our trip. I hope these problems are addressed for future renters.
