RecommendationsOur rig is located in San Diego surrounded by some amazing campgrounds! We have it all here - from beach camping to forested woodlands to deserts and hot springs. In our county alone we are close to many state parks, county parks, RV resorts, KOAs, and opportunities for boondocking. We really enjoy the county parks of William Heisse (2nd loop for RVs is best!), Protrero, and of course a beach spot from time to time.Other things to noteNo smoking

Overall, we had a good experience, and all of the RV's major systems worked well, including the generator, air conditioning, water heater, refrigerator, stove, awning, and battery. The biggest opportunity for improvement is in the cleanliness and overall guest experience. The RV could benefit from a deeper cleaning, better organization of the storage areas, and being stocked with a few basic kitchen and household essentials, similar to what you'd expect from an Airbnb. It would also be helpful if the refrigerator was turned on before pickup so it's ready to use. With a little more attention to preparation and presentation, this would be an even better rental experience.

A.

Please wash any used dishes and return to their rightful place, and sweep out the camper.

Q.

What about boon docking?

While boon docking is a great time in the RV it is not the preferred method. If you are planning to boon dock please let me know if you want water in the tank prior to arrival. I will fill it up for you but it has to be requested.
