Bunkhouse can sleep up to 8. Residential fridge.1. Unit will be clean on departure. There will be a $100 cleaning fee. 2. No smoking in unit a $500 fine will be charged. 3. Unit will have full tank of gas upon departure. $50 fee will be charged in addition to fuel costs if unit is not returned with full tank of gas. 4. Late return fee of $50 per 1/2 hour past the 11am drop off time. 5. Please have waste holding tanks emptied upon return. A $100 fee will be charged if we have to take it to a dump site . NO Pets Allowed. WE Will Deduct $500 IF WE Find Evidence OF A PET Being IN THE RV.
