First time on a RV trip and could not be better, the RV was easy to drive (as driving a truck) and the host Jen was really friendly and helpful while answering all our questions on our trip.

Traveled from Jasper to Banff to Drumheller and back...amazing trip, it rained every day but we still had a great family holiday! It was hard to find serviced sites but with a generator to make coffee we managed. Spent about $750 in fuel for full trip, gas was expensive around high tourist areas. We learned alot about the RV life and if it was for us.

For me, Jen is a super star host. So easy to communicate with her. Very prepared and organized. Just bring is your clothes coz everything that you need are all packed in her RV. The pick up and drop process was seamless. The ride of the RV is very smooth. It is clean, well kept and maintained. I will definitely rent Jen’s RV again. My daughter loved the RV that she doesn’t want me to return it hahaha!!!

Jen was fabulous to deal with — friendly, extremely responsive and so helpful.
The motorhome was loaded with everything you’d ever need for a trip. But, its age and need of maintenance made for a VERY noisy/banging/clattering 8 hour ride (loose oven range top, broken drawers), lots of bugs inside (screen door plastic slider doesn’t close all the way) and other minor things needing fixing (radio, levels monitor, etc). A few of the pots had leftover egg and needed a re-scrub, but otherwise the rest was sparkling clean. So for the price, we would have loved a higher quality RV. But for a rustic, fun camping trip, it was great.

Jen was very helpful and prompt about dealing with our questions and any issues with the unit as we were first time renters / users of this type of unit. The unit was very clean and fully equipped as advertised. It ran very well on the highways and was comfortable at 90 to 100 km / hr speed. I don't know much about fuel consumption but 5 hours of driving cost 120.00 with fuel at $ 1.39 / litre.
We would suggest a one or two page brief user guide ( with pics ) to answer any obvious questions about operating the units water / furnace and hot water heater. We did not have a problem with any of these . Also a general rule of water useage for say a three day trip for 2 people.
We would recommend Jen and this unit to others who are looking to rent a rv.

The RV was nice and clean and worked well. The owner was very nice, and gave us a nice tour of the unit. She was quick to answer any questions we had during the trip by text. Great experience overall.

A great week at Tunnel Mountain. The RV has everything we needed and kept us cosy in the crisp mountain mornings. We would definitely do this again.

The motor coach operated perfectly throughout the entire trip. We traveled 1120 KM over the trip and there were no issues at all. It keep good speed on the highway and it was very comfortable. All at he on-board amenities worked well. We were especially thankful for the air conditioning in the 33 degree heat at Pincher Creek. Jen is a very nice person and was helpful on pickup and delivery and accommodating for an early pick-up. An overall 5 star experience.

Jen was very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. Couldn't be happier with the unit - it was well equipped, clean and exactly what we needed. Jen also did not charge extra for amenities like linens, camping chairs, BBQ, and the generator was unlimited usage. Can't say enough good things - will definitely rent this unit again if it is available.
