The Vandalorian, as we call it, is a 2022 Winnebago Travato 59GL. This is the top-selling camper van in America for a reason! It is equipped with the Volta Pure3 Lithium Battery System, which provides you with more than 9,000 usable watt-hours of power! This is around 700amp hours! This means you can run the a/c without hookups for 6-8hrs depending on the outside temperature before draining the batteries, as well as all other appliances.
It conveniently has a second alternator that rapidly recharges the batteries as you drive, so it makes paying for campsites a thing of the past... if you know of some good free camp spots, or want to spend your nights at Cracker Barrel during your journey!
As you can see, it is lifted and has BFGoodrich KO2 tires, giving it a little more clearance and an awesome look... or at least we think so! :-) It can comfortably sleep two adults on the murphy bed (around a full size) and has all the amenities of home:
*A dining table.
*Two Person bench seat (with seatbelts if you do want to bring a kid or two).
*The driver & passenger seats swivel to add more seating.
*A full wet bath.
*24" Hdtv w/ Amazon fire stick & sound bar.
We have traveled across the country with it numerous times and have made so many memories. So we would like to share our van so others can make such memories!

We have spent a lot of our time in the Southwest, so we have not explored the hidden gems of Florida as much. But Here in Florida we do recommend visiting downtown St. Augustine (the oldest continuous city in the US), Fort De Soto Campground by St. Petersburg, and Ginnie Springs in High Springs.
*Pickup & Return: The van will be picked up at our families gated property, where ourselves or another individual, will meet you to hand off the rig. You can park your vehicle safely at our property if you wish during your rental. We are available by text or call anytime and have a whole play list of instructional videos on our YouTube channel for your reference. Upon return, the van is expected to be as clean as it was the day it left and to also be refueled. See policies below if not.
Festival and Tailgating Fee - $25 per night.
*No smoking in the van.
*No towing.
*No climbing on roof.
*No off-roading. The Vandalorian looks like a beast and is, but please no off-roading with the van. The Volta Pure3 Lithium system is a system that costs over $20k and the batteries are located below the van behind the rear axle. If you do damage the van off-roading, you will be charged $500 plus any damage claim.
*No third party bookings, the person renting the van must be the driver taking possession and is responsible for any damages.
*Dumping Fee - We can dump the tanks for $10 upon return, otherwise please dump them yourself.
*Cleaning Fee - If the van is not returned as clean as it was when it left (we will take pictures and do a checklist with you upon pickup), you will be charged $150.
*Late Fee - If you return the van after the agreed upon drop off time, you will be charged a late fee. $50 per hour late fee. If SIX HOURS or more late, you will be charged for another nights rental plus the $50 per hour rate for the six hours ($300).
*Pet Fee - We love our cat, and all animals, but pets can be an iffy situation sometimes in the rental world. We charge $10 a night for a pet. If you bring a pet without approval, you will be charged $50 per night. If there is any damage from a pet, you will be charged an additional $250 fee.
*Refueling Fee - If the van is not returned refueled (regular 87 octane gas) you will be charged $120 to cover fuel and time. There are multiple gas stations conveniently located less than a half mile from our families property.

We really enjoyed our trip to Jekyll Island in this well-appointed, clean Travato. We are new to the Class B experience and really enjoyed the layout and functionality. Neal and Brittany were excellent hosts - great communication and thorough inservice on vehicle operation prior to our trip. Highly recommend!

Neal and Brit were great hosts. The van is in excellent condition, the Volta Pure 3 is amazing!
Never a need for shore power.
Hosts were super quick to respond with help and or questions. I would recommend watching their YouTube channel for instructions prior to pick up.
RV was easy to drive, great mileage (13mpg) and was super comfortable.
Sleeping with AC running off Volta was amazing!
Great experience! This was our first rental and not our last! Thank you Neal and Brit!!
