Originally communication was great, photos were nice etc. The day before pick up we were told we couldn’t have the trailer before 3pm which it says 11am pick up due to a broken faucet. There was also broken valve for water tank of some sort which we didn’t need to use. After our first shower, the trailer smelled horrible of fish. He told us to dissolve a puck in the sink and shower and toilet which we did. The smell then went away for a day and came right back. It was 102 degrees outside and we needed to keep the door open to air it out every day. We did not use the shower the rest of the duration because when we tried it again it, again, smelled like fish. He mentioned the guest before us didn’t quite take care of the trailer which is saddening but I’d hoped we wouldn’t have issues with our stay. We remained civil in conversations and transparent with issues we noticed. Unfortunately it wasn’t fully what we expected especially with a 1 and 3 year old staying with us. The trailer is visibly appealing which we will give credit for but unfortunately we had those issues arise that put a damper on the stay.

It was incredible camping experience. The camper was really clean and efficient. We had no problems with it. The trip was a grand success
