Hello. My wife (Julie) and I (Mr. Kasey) welcome you and your family to stay in our family’s camper! It’s fully stocked and ready for wonderful memories. We will provide your linens, dishes, cookware, coffee pot, pots and pans, paper towels, utensils, trash bags and lots of Tupperware.We do allow pets, but there is a fee of $20/ night and the pet must be approved.We are somewhat flexible on pickup and drop off time, so please ask and we will do our best (within reason) to try to accommodate your needs.If the trailer is returned in the same condition it was rented out then you will receive your entire security deposit.If camper needs to be dumped upon return, we will withhold $50 from the security depositIf there are no damages then the remainder of the security deposit will be released within 48 hours.Complete forfeit of deposit if there is any evidence of ANY of the following:
*There is absolutely NO Smoking inside the RV. This includes vaping. Please smoke and vape OutdoorsThere are a lot of extra items that are included in this package deal for you to use. Any of these items which are taken from the RV can be deducted from the security deposit. Any items which are missing upon return which is not limited to but would include even the small things (cube storage bins, TV remote, towels, flashlight, pots, etc) will be deducted if missing.We will be available by phone/text during your trip if any needs or questions arise.What's includedOur camper comes fully stocked with linen, pots and pans, Tupperware, portable ice maker, and many other items.
