* The Delta Waterfront Getaway (15–30 mins away): For a relaxing, water-focused vacation, head right down the road to the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. We highly recommend booking a waterfront site at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Tower Park in Lodi or a local Delta marina resort. It’s perfect for boating, fishing, jet skiing, or exploring local Lodi wine country. (Great choice for our Optional Delivery service!)
* The Sierra Foothills & Big Trees (1.5 hours away): Tow the trailer up Highway 4 into the beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills. Calaveras Big Trees State Park offers incredible campsites nestled among giant sequoia trees. On the way up, you can stop by historic Gold Rush towns like Murphys for world-class dining, cave touring, and hiking.
* The Central Valley Lakes (45–60 mins away): If you love lake days, head south to Woodward Reservoir Regional Park in Oakdale or Camanche Reservoir. Both feature excellent RV campsites right on the water with fantastic swimming, wakeboarding, and stunning sunset views.Other things to noteTo ensure your departure day goes smoothly and you have a fantastic trip, please keep these important operational details in mind:* Standard Pickup & Return Times: Standard pickup is available starting at 3:00 PM, and the trailer must be returned by 11:00 AM. If you need an early pickup or a late drop-off, please message us in advance! We will happily accommodate your request for a small fee if it doesn't conflict with another booking.
* Weight Distribution Hitch Included: If you choose to tow the trailer yourself, we will supply a specialized weight-distribution and anti-sway hitch at no extra charge. Please allow an extra 30–45 minutes during pickup so we can properly set up the hitch on your truck and walk you through a complete safety tutorial.
* Awning Safety Notice: Travel trailer awnings are highly susceptible to sudden wind damage. To avoid accidental damage and potential deductions from your security deposit, the awning must be fully rolled up during high winds, heavy rain, or anytime the trailer is left unattended at the campsite.
* Strictly NO Smoking or Vaping: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free trailer. Smoking or vaping of any substance (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.) is absolutely prohibited inside or directly downwind of the trailer. If any smoke odor or residue is detected upon return, a flat $500 professional deep-cleaning and remediation fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
* Festival & Gathering Notice: We maintain a very strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding Burning Man and unapproved desert festivals. The trailer is equipped with a cellular tracking device, and unauthorized festival attendance will result in the immediate forfeiture of your security deposit.Supplemental RV Rental Agreement must be signed, prior to booking a copy can be provided to review.

• Strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, or e-cigarettes) is allowed inside the vehicle or near the open windows/doors. Any detection of smoke odor, ash, or burn marks will result in a cleaning and deodorizing fee by a professional remediation specialist plus a $100 service fee.
• Racks, towing behind the trailer or other attachments to the exterior of the vehicle is prohibited.
• Renter is responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded
• No Roof Access: Renters are strictly prohibited from standing on the roof of the trailer for any reason.
• Holding Tanks Fee: The trailer must be returned with both the black and gray water tanks completely emptied and flushed. A flat $150 dumping fee will be deducted from the security deposit if the tanks are returned full. (Note: This fee is waived if you selected our optional delivery service or optional hassle-free waste tank add-on).
• Propane Refill Fee ($50 + Cost of Fuel): If you choose not to purchase the Pre-Paid Propane add-on and return the RV with empty or partially empty tanks, a $50 refueling service fee plus the actual cost of the propane will be deducted from your security deposit.
