The queen bed is upgraded with a 4 inch memory foam topper for a great night's sleep.Plenty of room for your items in the large pantry, bedroom, and dinette storage.Cold A/C and Warm Fireplace. Power awning to hang outside and retreat from the sun or rain.There is an outside kitchen with a 2 burner propane grill, mini fridge, sink and ice maker.You will have a 40" HD Smart TV that can easily be moved outside for your enjoyment. DVD player is also available for the TV. The stereo that has bluetooth connectivity with dual zone speakers inside and outside of the RV for the stereo.Make this your home for a relaxing getaway. 4Don was very nice and easy to work with. He had the camper ready and waiting for us to move right in for the weekend. The camper itself is starting to show some wear and tear and needed some cleaning before we moved our personal items in, but otherwise it was spacious and comfortable for our group of 4 for 3 nights.

TOWING: Your vehicle must meet the towing requirements. This RV is easily towed with any newer 1/2 ton. Weight Distribution Hitch and Brake Controller required. A Weight Distribution Hitch is available for use, See add ons.
PAID IN FULL: The sum of the rental shall be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
PROPANE: Propane is included in the rental. Once depleted it is your responsibility to obtain additional propane.
LATE FEE: You agree to pay a late return fee of $100 plus $125 per day if you do not return the vehicle unless arrangements have been made for a late return.
WASTE TANKS: You are responsible for emptying the black and grey tanks during your rental. If you do not or cannot empty the holding tanks there will be a $75 fee added to the end of the rental and charged towards your security deposit.
TOILET USE: Guests are reminded to only use RV-safe toilet paper when camping. Do not flush any other products other than RV toilet paper and bodily fluids, it can clog and damage the septic system.
CLEANING: You understand that the sum of the rental includes a cleaning fee of $0. if returned clean or $100 if not returned clean. Please refer to the final cleaning checklist for cleaning instructions.

Our favorite so far is Mohican campgrounds in Loudonville OH and Austin Campgrounds in Austin, PA. We recently returned from Virginia Beach RV adventure.. Being a camper in both tents and in RVs for many years, we have learned how to camp easy. We have purchased a camper of our own and will longer be a renter. We absolutely love our new camper and the ease it brings to our camping activities. Come share our camper with us. We are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do. (Especially the nightly campfires, roasting marshmallows and enjoying your favorite beverages)
