You can enjoy the Skyline drive located in the Shenandoah National Park along the Blue Ridge mountains and the Blue Ridge parkway which is along the same route ,but not in the national park. There is a fee for Skyline drive but none for the Blue Ridge parkway. One of our favorite local campgrounds is Shenandoah Acres Family campground located close to Stuarts Draft and only 25 minutes from the Blue Ridge parkway. The pictures you see of our camper were taken at this campground. The campground is a family favorite in the fall when the mountains are filled with color, and in the summer with their large lake on site. You can check it out and make reservations here: https://www.sunrvresorts.com/resorts/mid-atlantic/virginia/shenandoah-acres/
