Outside, you have an outdoor kitchen with a full sized mini fridge (think college dorm room size), sink and gas grill which is mounted to a swing arm for ease of use. The electric awning makes set up a breeze and the one super slide gives you plenty of room where you need it most, in the main living area. Fully loaded, it weighs in at just over 7600lbs, which means you can tow with most half ton vehicles (consult your vehicle owner's manual to confirm towing capacity).I do offer delivery to the following tracks: Atlanta, Bristol, Nashville and Talladega. RecommendationsIf you have never towed a large trailer such as this, I highly recommend having me deliver. Some of the best camping areas in delivery range include Atlanta Motor Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway (we are NASCAR fans, so these are a couple of our favorites). If you like fishing, the Blue Ridge Mountains have several remote camping areas with great trout fishing; we like to go to Copper Creek, Rock Creek, Toccoa River, Blairsville, Suches and all over that area. Let me know if you want to go there, and I can recommend some good spots to camp and fish. While outside our delivery radius, our family likes to go camp on the beach at Myrtle Beach; let me know if you are considering this, and I can recommend the best campground for our family. A few closer areas that are great destinations are Sloppy Floyd Park, Johns Mountain, Lookout Mountain, Little River Canyon, Lake Weiss and a few others. Whatever your adventure, I will do everything I can to help you make the best memories in our rig as possible.Other things to noteIf you don't see a feature you need, just ask and I may have a solution for you.Unfortunately, I do not allow pets as my family uses this camper as well and my oldest son is highly allergic to pet dander.

Thanks for considering our camper! We are a young couple with 2 boys who love to go trout fishing in the mountains, NASCAR races and camping on the beach at Myrtle. However, with my wife's work responsibilities and my military obligations (15 years active Army), we only get to use it a few times a year. That said, we have camped enough times that we have just about everything you would need for a fun, stress free trip already loaded up. Feel free to check out the listing and let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
One of the best things you can do when towing a large trailer like this is to look at the road layout of where you are going beforehand. Most campgrounds will have a map available so you can plan how you come in so you are setup to back in easily. Nothing worse than coming in from the wrong direction only to find out its a one way road and you have to back up for 100 yards...not that this has ever happened to me...several times...lol.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I will be as flexible as I possibly can for pickup and drop off, just let me know works best for you and we will go from there.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
I will go over how to operate everything in detail when you pick up or when I deliver if you select that option. If I deliver, I will set everything up for you!
