Your vehicle must to be able to tow a minimum of 12,000 lbs. You can Google your vehicle's towing capacity. I also include hitch and anti-sway system. There is a lot to know when hauling a TT**This 28ft (31 total with hitch) Sunset Trail has all the features of home. Glamping at its best. This fiberglass beauty is great for all year round. There is a furnace (propane) to keep you warm in the winter & the A/C (min 30 amp) keeps you cool in the summer. There are 2 slide-outs giving you all the space you need. Features are, an island with double sink, large fridge with freezer, stove with oven. Tons of cabinets for food. Full bathroom with stand up shower. Great reading nook/back bedroom double size bed. Fireplace & tv that swivel between main area & front bedroom. The front bedroom has a super comfy queen size bed. There is 2 closets & lots of cupboard space in the front bedroom. Couch has a pullout bed, & kitchen table folds down to a bed. Stereo with DVD/CD player, B/T, & indoor/outdoor speakers. Outside has a power awning. String lights available under add-ons. Please research (Google) your vehicles gross towing weight. To safely tow this vehicle, your vehicle needs to be able to tow at least 12,000lbs. This TT is not designed for logging roads or back country areas and is equipped with a GPS system. This TT does not come with a generator, so you must either book in at a full hookup site with 30 amp or provide your own generator. When booking a site make sure it is fairly level, and can fit 31ft TT with hitch.We are a pet friendly rental please refer to addons. Please make sure your pet is extremely well behaved, and on leash in campgrounds. In consideration of other pet friendly families.
