Azdel construction is the most superior and modern materials used to build RV these days. Comes with Aluminum frame and 3/4 inch plywood floors. Don’t be fooled by cheap ribbed exterior construction. All those other RV’s are made of Wood frame and Lauan plywood walls.
If it does not have an Azdel sticker on the outside, it’s going to be cheaper materials used .Grover has all the West Coast Camper needs. This towable travel trailer . Exactly the same trailer as a Rockwood Geo Pro 19BH
Comes with a Queen size bed, dinette that converts to a teenager size sleeper, bunk beds, (sleeps total, 4 adults 1 teen)

5.0I've rented many trailers in the past from Outdoorsy, and this was the best overall experience to date. The trailer is immaculate and set up perfectly. Trong was very helpful with the trailer hookup and orientation. I would definitely recommend and will rent from him again.

Previous experience towing . You Must have a 7 pin RV towing connector for Operation of the Trailer Brakes. You will also need a rear hitch receiver that is 2 inch square. We will provide, If needed, a wireless trailer brake controller.

Options available for an additional fee:
~ Emptying Septic Prepayment –we provide you a detailed video on how to empty the septic tanks properly. If you don’t want the hassle of emptying the grey and black tanks you can choose to prepay for us to empty them when you return. Choose this feature as an add-on .when checking out.
~ If the Generator is privately requested, it will be $20 daily charge or flat fee of $60 .
Make sure vehicle towing capacity is at least 5000 lbs or more . We will provide the wireless brake controller if you don't have one installed on your vehicle.
Pick ups on the weekdays Mon-Friday is 7am-11am.
• Returns on the weekdays Monday to Friday 7am to 12 pm
• **Late Returns on weekdays after 12 pm, will be charged one more day rental fee, if following day has another rental booked
• weekends pick up /drop offs are flexible. Please do not step on the RV Roof . Please return the trailer the same way you received it.
Any propane used- will be charged for a full bottle, if not returned full . Welcome to bring your own 20 lbs propane bottle .
Septic tanks cleaning fee ($200) will be charged after the rental , if returned not filled and flushed, cleaned out properly as per video instructions ,and black tank level is showing not empty
If the Generator is available and requested , $20 daily fee , up to a flat rate of $60 , payable by etransfer
We kindly request that you bring your own bedding and pillows for your stay. We will provide a mattress and mattress cover for you to use.

I have a lovely Wife, two teenage sons and a four legged son with a tail. We love camping at site with power and water, But if you have to , you can go boon docking and pick up our gas generator inverter, to power the AC, Microwave. Please have fun and enjoy Beautiful British Columbia.
