Easy renting from Mike. The rig, a first for us with the tent on top of the car, was easy to assemble and put away at the end of the trip. Mike saved us when the original campervan we had on hold canceled on us. This entire rig was clearly in the cards for us. Loved all of it.

Mike is fantastic! Very responsive, thorough, and answers any questions you may have. He’s so sweet and the car was in immaculate condition when we picked it up, he was a pleasure to rent from and very understanding when we needing a last minute late return. We paid for a few add ons and had everything we needed and then some, highly recommend!

Thank you for the review Rachel as it was a pleasure renting to you and your family. Between rentals we black light and look for pet hair as pets are not allowed for this rental. Then we vacuum, then wipe the mattress {Disinfect solution) which as a water resistant fabric plus the rest of the areas humans touch. If the tent came back damp we air out until its dry and then vapor mist inside using a CDC & NSF approved Disinfectant called Vital Oxide. Since 2019 we have rented this unit and have no smells that we know of besides a tent smell that can develop when damp no matter if the tent is new or old as it has to be aired out first before sealing in the cover. Our remedy to 100% alleviate any future smell is to use our ozone machine which will kill everything and eliminate any potential odors. Our policy is we use no strong artificial air freshener inside our rentals to mask odors so if your sensitive to smells then have no worries. Thanks Mike

Mike was easy to talk to and friendly. The rig was nice and the tent and canopy were super easy to use, especially for first time car tent users. Had some privacy with the cover around the ladder and nice shade from the canopy. Provided equipment which was nice for out of town travelers or those without camping supplies. Would rent this rig and from Mike again!

Mike was awesome and so was the car! Easy to drive, good gas mileage, and the rooftop tent was super easy to use. Mike was incredibly communicative and thoughtful with the gear he left me. Would highly recommend checking out any of his vehicles, I’ll definitely be back!

Mike was awesome, super helpful and informative. His ride was clean and came with everything I could ever need. The rooftop tent was really easy to set up and tear down, and comfortable to sleep in. We had such a fun time, and the rooftop kia tent was perfect for our needs! Mike was very accommodating of our arrival/departure times. All of the equipment was in great shape. He even threw in a USB-rechargable fan for us, since we were unexpectedly camping in a heat wave. Would definitely book again!

Mike was absolutely awesome. He accommodated to our every need and was very welcoming and kind - he made sure everything was ready for our trip. He was also super responsive during our trip when we had questions. The car drives great and was perfect for the three of us and the rooftop tent was very comfortable! I definitely recommend getting the furnished trail package for camping, it has everything you could need and more! We had a great trip, thank you so much Mike!

What a great way to tent camp! Setting up the tent was quick and easy. Take down was nearly as quick. The tent was clean and in near new condition. The Kia was also fantastic. One of the best rental cars I've ever driven. It was clean, smelled good and very well maintained. It's quick and fun to drive, too. Mike is easy to talk to and readily answers question. I would definitely recommend.

My fiancé and I went down to watershed festival in George, Washington at the gorge amphitheater and had an absolute blast! This set up was everything we were expecting for our 4 day trip. The set up on the tent was really simple and we had all the accessories that one would need for a camping trip. Michael was very friendly and extremely helpful with us. I will be renting from him the next time I got to Tacoma for sure!

Mike was very patient and friendly while he gave us a run down on all the equipment in the car and the car. What was really amazing was the state of the equipment rented. From Portable fridges to coolers to extra propane canisters for cooking.. not to mention the solar panels and 2 batteries which we utilized for powering the fridge. 4 sets of clean towels, blankets and pillows large and clean. We got many complements for the tent as well.
Would definitely rent again if I made another trip down to Seattle.

We had an awsome time with Michaels rental! He presented us with a crystal clean unit complete with camping gear that was catered to our needs. The car was extremely well maintained, and it was a pleasure to drive. We loved that Mike had the option to rent camping equipment, which was clean and in great condition. Mike was very friendly and professional. I would love to rent again from Mike. Many thanks for a great time!

Michael was really great and provided me and my fiance with everything we needed for our trip to Olympic National Park. He tried his best to tailor the equipment to our needs and did any last minute changes we needed when we got there too. The car and equipment worked great.
The tent opens up fairly easily and I felt both secure and comfortable in it. It's more than enough room for at least 2 people to sleep in comfortably. The tent was warm during the cool nights and had ent flaps making it easy to cool the inside down during the warmer day time hours. We ended up using the annex which was a nice addition which we affixed to the bottom of the tent and gave us a nice private changing area. The hardest thing about the tent is packing it back and zipping it up but it's not too bad with help from a stool and an extra pair of hands.
We asked for the larger fridge which in retrospect we could have just gotten the cooler and filled it with ice given that we didn't put much in it aside from drinks and a few meats. It would have saved room if we didn't have the batteries needed for the fridge but that's more our fault for not planning better; otherwise the fridge would be perfect for anyone looking to pack a lot of food during their trip and the solar panel worked great during the sunny days to recharge our battery packs.
As far as other camping equipment, the sleeping bags were comfy and we had everything we needed for dining.
If we're in the area again, we will definitely boom from Michael again =]
