Renter must view and agree to our Outdoors RV Rentals Rental Agreement (Terms and Conditions), view and agree to our (Rules Of The Road) and the reading material on your rental use. In your Reservation confirmation email you will have the opportunity of 24 hours to e-Sign these agreements so then we can take this rental off the market for your selected dates of rental. Traveling to Mexico, Canada, Burning Man event and the surrounding Black Rock, Nevada area. We use required forms from Outdoorsy and Outdoors RV Rentals at the time of pickup and return that will require you signature before we hand you the keys to begin your vacation. We also use a DAMAGE iD app that captures BEFORE and AFTER video and photos of the rental and will ask you to sign the app before and after the rental. You will also have the opportunity to take before and after photos and videos via the Outdoorsy app and or the Damage Id app via your phone. All verified drivers will need to provide an upload of their drivers license to our email or a photo text to us if they are not going be at the time of the rental pickup. Outdoorsy and Outdoors RV Rentals require all drivers to be on a car insurance policy to rent through the platform and rent our rentals. We will ask to see the licenses of all verified drivers and take a photo at the time of rental pickup. Each verified driver will be required to sign our RV Rental Agreement and Rules of the Road Agreement.

Mike was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout this RV rental process. He communicates quickly and was always available to help answer my questions. We (two people and a dog) had a blast getting to spend a long weekend in this campervan, which was spacious, stocked with amenities, and had everything (and more) we needed for a getaway on wheels. Bonus for the super comfy bed that you can lift up and down out of the way, as well as the huge fridge, indoor/outdoor speakers, bathroom (with shower! and an outdoor shower!) and plenty of storage space. Our trip went without any hiccups and the vehicle itself was easy to drive, even for everyday drivers like me who don't regularly drive huge vehicles. Thanks Mike for everything, you made this process seamless and gave us some wonderful travel memories! :)

First time Rv rental. Mike was very helpful and accessible for any inquiries. Great rig for 2-3 ppl. The app worked well. My only grievance was the $170 prep fee which you would assume should not be borne by the new renter. I would expect the Rv to be clean and sanitized from the prior rental (esp given addl cleaning fees).
