I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENTING THIS VEHICLE OR DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS HOST. This vehicle should not have been rented - it was unsafe and not serviced. This put our family at great risk and safety. We were lied and deceived to take a faulty damaged vehicle. We had the RV delivered by Elijah on June 22nd, 2023. . It has some minor damage which we signed forms for prior to departure. The engine light was also on. I ask Elijah who delivered the vehicle about this alarm. He said “it is just an exhaust sensor and no big deal”. So we headed off to Michigan from Florida. Through Tennessee the vehicle could only go 30 MPH in the hills. There were alarm codes going off on the dashboard. My wife looked up these codes and it appears there was a NOX sensor and a fuel delivery issue. I contact the owner directly. She advised to take the RV to a service center. I paid with my own money for a diagnostic test - they said it had Never been service and had 11 recalls and service needs. They advised it would require major repair. We talked to the owner and given the OK to try to drive to our final destination and try to get it repaired there. Short of the destination the vehicle ran slower and slower and I was only able to go 25 mph in a major city. This was 3 hours short of our destination. We stopped at a family members house and called the road side assistance service. They advised it was not a road side repair and they would have to wait until Monday to find a place to repair. (this call was late saturday and sunday morning). On Sunday, I spoke with the owner who authorized a full refund via the outdoorsy application. I spoke with an outdoorsy representative who also verified this refund. I sent a video walk around inside and out showing there was no damage to the vehicle. Our family was stranded without a vehicle or housing. Imagine if this was you…. So I flew back to Florida and drove a second vehicle back to Michigan. The RV was towed away on June 27th. This vehicle should not have been rented - it was unsafe and not serviced. This put our family at great risk and safety. We were lied and deceived to take a faulty damaged vehicle. During the week of July 10th-July 14th I communicated with the Outdoorsy representatives three separate times with three separate verifications that I would be receiving a full refund. The owner has verified and authorized a full refund via the outdoorsy application. She has also verified a refund to me via direct text. Today I received an email stating there is a need to file a dispute for a refund and they are having trouble reaching the host. I am forced to pay and carry a debt of $11,950 until this is resolved. This trip was ruined and it could have been prevented.

Great time traveling through FL.The RV is excellent and will definitely book it again in the near future. Complements to the host Travis,he explains everything in details and does the test drive around the area to the point you're comfortable with entire setting. He's very responsive via phone call and able to address and guide thru the questions. Thanks again Travis!

Delivery was done at a perfect time, very spacious and comfortable. Extremely luxurious and updated with so much comfort for a great experience camping. We went to Disney and our family had a great time. We were able to enjoy the World Cup games while cooking outside. Travis Just was very accommodating and extremely helpful with every question que had. Can’t wait until spring break to rent again with him and experience the times of our lives. Much thanks

The RV was amazing as was Travis. We used this as a meeting space for our conference and every single thing was top notch, from communication in advance, delivery, service, and the RV itself. Will absolutely be working with Travis again!

This RV was absolutely beautiful! Travis was amazing from start to finish and made everything run smoothly. From our first conversation to the end of the trip he was great. He answered every question I had right away. He delivered the RV at the exact time we needed it and set everything up so we didn't need to lift a finger. We were able to "dry camp" for 5 days without needing more water or fuel even while running the AC the whole time. This was truly a luxury experience! The king bed in the back is so comfortable. I slept like a baby every night. The hot water was on demand and the shower worked perfectly. The fridge is huge & held more than enough food and drink. We would absolutely rent from him again and are already planning our trip for next year! Thank you Travis for making our trip perfectly stress free!
