Prohibited Activities: The renter is expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while operating the RV. Activities such as smoking, towing other vehicles (Unless otherwise requested), or traveling off-road may be prohibited. Maintenance and Cleaning: The renter is responsible for maintaining the RV in good condition during the rental period. This includes regular cleaning and reporting any damages or mechanical issues PROMPTLY. Fuel and Propane: The renter is responsible for fueling the RV before returning it. Propane tanks should also be returned full, unless otherwise specified. Pets and Smoking: (There are two reasons why we don't allow cats in the RV anymore, even though I LOVEEEEEEE ALL PETS) 1. Scratching and Damage: Cats naturally have a need to scratch, and their claws can potentially damage furniture, upholstery, or other surfaces within the RV. 2. Traveling Stress: Cats are generally known to be more territorial and may experience stress or anxiety when subjected to travel or changes in their environment. The compact space and frequent movement of an RV might not be ideal for their well-being. NO SMOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Inside the RV) Return Condition: The RV should be returned in the same condition it was rented out, with all equipment, accessories, and furnishings intact. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or deductions from the security deposit.
