5WHERE TO BEGIN......To say that working with Mrs. Tatiana was a pleasure would be understated. It is rare to find someone who really care about the end user AKA customer. From the moment we met Tatiana & company we felt we were good company and we were not disappointed. Tatiana struck us as professional and personable and had answers to all of our questions, went over all aspects of how to set up the RV and went over all of the many nuances the unit has to offer so that we were sure to fully enjoy our experience. The RV was detailed inside and out, ALL of the linens had been freshly washed with hypoallergenic/ sensitive skin detergent and the unit still smelled like new. Tatiana freely pointed out what (few) points of blemish or damage that were pre-existing so we wouldn't feel responsible for them. We could not help but try to return the RV with as much respect ,enthusiasm and professionalism that was shown to us. We will most definitely rent from Tatiana again and HIGHLY recommend this RV experience to anyone that can recognize, appreciate quality service when they see it and with a smile.
